Iād like to share some concerns about the service Iāve experienced at this location. I visit frequently and use my personal rewards points to place orders for my household and the last 2 times she told me ā Iām not making any pizza because you get to many free pizzasā. However, Iāve encountered repeated issues that I believe need attention. I have a business and I order several boxes of pizza at another location near my business. I have to spend $75 or mor just to get $10, thatās nothing when are ordering often.
One of the employees, who often appears unkempt and dressed in dirty pajamas, has been particularly unprofessional during my visits. On several occasions, she has refused to make my order, stating that my use of rewards points means my orders are āfreeā and not worth processing. This not only causes unnecessary delays but also creates an unpleasant customer experience.
Additionally, Iāve noticed that she sometimes brings her child to work. While I understand that personal circumstances can arise, this gives the impression of a lack of focus and professionalism in the workplace.
I value the quality of Papa Johnās pizza and have been a loyal customer for years, but these recurring issues are disappointing. I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hopes that steps can be taken to ensure a more consistent and professional experience at this location.
I am a non complex person It truly bother me because all people donāt live by the same financial burden, and I truly feel this is getting out of hand. I should her my ID and she proceeded to tell me about a female that she also denied. That female is my fiancĆ© she denied and told her she think itās fraud because you got a free pizza last week...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI canāt speak on the other reviews in regards to how accurate they are or what the issue were specifically thatās causing the other all rating to be so low but Iām my personal (and very recent) experience, Iāve had nothing but the best possible outcome every time Iāve ordered. Whether it be delivered or take out, theyāve always gotten everything right, down to topping, baking time and even making sure the sauce cups I bought were in the boxes. Same goes with delivery, and the wait time on that has always be speedy and prompt. Again, not sure if the bad reviews are recent or more then a year old, but I can say with absolute confident Iāve had a great experience with Papa Johnās at this location and highly recommended them, 5 stars āļøš
