Very disappointing customer service experience. I went to this business to pick up an order and there was one person ahead of me. When it was my turn, the young woman working there didn’t greet me or acknowledge me — she simply walked to the back of the store. While I was waiting, another customer came in and loudly stated the name of her order. The employee immediately returned and helped her without even asking me if I had been next. I then showed her my order, and that was it — no courtesy, no apology, no sense of basic customer service. She completely ignored the order of arrival and showed no respect or professionalism. I had the good fortune to meet Jeilene last night!! This is my 2nd visit to NBC. We met Jeilene almost at closing time. One may expect a tired, not thrilled reception. Not Jeilene LOVELY. Happy to see us. What I really liked is her work partner walked out almost immediately from the kitchen. Loved the team work. Another customer joined us & we ALL had a great chat like old friends!! I ordered a carrot cake with light icing for my mother’s birthday. When I got the cake I noticed that they did such a horrible job with the icing. It looks super messy and like they did the regular icing design without looking at the order details. Once they realized their mistake, instead of just getting another cake to do the icing they scraped the old one off and did the design I ordered.
