Today Febuary 13, 2020. Went to this place hopping to get something for me and my family. Asked for a (1) baconator combo, and (2) jr. baconator combos all with medium fries and medium drinks. Didn't think anyone could get that wrong, WELL, they did. They gave me one drink, the other gave me a bag with the food,Well, what I got was (1) badly made baconator, 2 badly wrapped jr baconator, (1) medium drink and (1) medium fries. When they looked and saw me still there, they opened the window, I told them that we were missing the other (2) medium drinks and they just looked at me confused. They opened and closed the window a few times and said nothing. I don't get it. I finally drove away. Don't even know exactly WHAT they charged for the food, as I didn't even get a receipt with the change. You can look at the pictures and see what we got. We got home and decided it was not safe to eat, it was not hot when I got it, it was poorly wrapped and they were acting weird. Really disappointed, my hard earned money wasted. I just wanted to get a little out to eat food for us, wound up, disappointed. I won't risk my health any more in this place. Something not right at this Wendy's. This place has really gone down. (Prior comment) 2019 Since about mid-july to september 2018, has really gone down hill in service and customer relations. Lots of argument, tense enviroment, I would say hi, and no response, and say thank you 2 times, and no responce from the counter person, just was given my order like they didn't want to be bathered, it took for a long wait time.That's sad, hope it betters its service, we'll just avoid it...
Read moreI came here last week because I wanted a chicken BLT hold the T, biggie bag. We ordered, and while pulling away after getting our food, I did my usual count. While counting, I realized my food was cold, and it had tomato on it. I'm allergic to tomato, so we went back through the drive they and the girl was rather rude and seemed inconvenienced that I asked for hot food. Getting home, the remade sandwich again, had tomato. I don't know if they thought it was funny but whatever. My husband called and the manager said he would comp our meal. Last night we go through to get it, as the manager told us to, we pulled up to the window. The girl, same one as first time was ignorant and it took her about 3 long minutes to even open the window. We asked for the manager, told him NO TOMATO and guess what. After all the staff was incredibly rude including the "manager" I get home and well....my sandwich has tomato. I couldn't believe it. Even the manager and then the worker repeated no tomato, instill had it only sandwich. I think I is want my money back. If an establishment is that hell bent on trying to get someone to have a anaphylactic episode I'd just rather...
Read moreI go to this location because it is the only one close to me but I continuously get bad service. I once waited at the drive thru menu for over 5 mins. waiting to be acknowledged and no one ever came on the speaker so I left. There is a pot hole at the drive thru menu that your front tire goes into when you pull up and it is a pain to pull back out of it. The majority of the drive thru personnel are not friendly, though there are a few exceptions, and sometimes they are downright surly, and my orders are always being messed up. I ask for no cheese and there is cheese, I ask for vanilla and get chocolate, they ask what sauce or dressing you want and it's not in your bag, and if you ask for salt or ketchup they act like it's an imposition. I would definitely go to another Wendy's location if there was one close enough but I will continue to go to this one since it is what I have to work with and I only continue to go there instead of another restaurant because the food at Wendy's is better than most of the others fast...
