Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Woodbury

Young man w/ bun at jersey mikes on Curell blvd #102 seems to have an attitude problem. I went in there today and asked for three subs. I was asked what i wanted on two of the subs even though on menu it saids what they contain on my third sub which had to be done on grill young man working the grill proceeded to make my sub i did not know it was my sub beong made until it was brought to me and so i asked the young man if sub was only meat and cheese and him with and attitude says to me it saids on menu it brings lettuce and tomatoes im like i waNted mine plain its same sub ive been asking for the past three days same way. So if they took the time to ask what i wanted in other subs even though it saids on menu as he told me why didnt he ask me for that sub aswell instead he assumed and made sub how he felt like it and gets an attitude with me and says to me next tiMe day i dont want lettuce and tomatoes. But when next customer came in he made sure to ask what he wanted on his sub even though menu saids what it has on it. I couldve gave him an attitude myself then i wouldve been on the wrong for giving him an attitude. He needs to learn better cx service. It seemed like hes just fed up with that job because even with next cx he didnt sound to have a good energy to help cx and see what cx wanted . This is first time i have this experience here all other workers at store have treated me well and with courtesy. If he doesnt like his job he needs to find another one its not the cx’s fault for him to treat like Sh!t. Other than this experience their subs are very fresh and delicious no complains...

I love Jersey Mike's as company for many reasons, not least of which is how they treat their customers. I have Celiac Disease and prior to finding Jersey Mike's couldn't get a gluten free sandwich anywhere that I could confirm as "safe" for me. Jersey Mike's changed all that with their separate workspace for GF subs as well as the knowledge imparted to the employees at every site on the importance of sanitation and changing gloves, etc. Today - Jersey Mike's won more points with me. The store I ordered delivery from was out of the beverage I had ordered, and that was not reflected in the app on ordering. To rectify the situation, without any prompting from me, they provided not only TWO free drink and chip coupons for future purchase but also a coupon for a free regular sub. I have eaten many times there and thought it was great. I ordered a roast beef a month ago and it was completely raw it was awful. Because I have had great food before I gave it another chance yesterday. I always order roast beef and had them show me the meat this time and I explained why. The employee argued with me that it is cooked to certain temp well the one I had a month ago was completely raw no brown existed. The beef was not completely raw this time it was like it should be a little pink, but the buns were hard and dried out on my sandwich and the other two I ordered as well, and the lettuce tasted old very...
