Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Woodbury

Wow is all I can say. I read the one star comments because I was shocked there were any to be honest. I have went to this location multiple times and have been super impressed every single time. The female (who I presume was) shift manager and a high school gentleman that work there are SUPER GREAT. It’s so refreshing to walk into a positive working atmosphere and be able to see how they treat one another and customers with respect. I have a 9 month old and never ask for help with anything, even when I should, because I feel like I’m being a burden. The high school gentleman (that is super outgoing and friendly and that I’ve interacted with in the past and has always been this way, creating a positive experience every single time) suggested to his manager that he assists me in bringing out my pizza because he knew that I would struggle otherwise. His shift leader was extremely supportive of the idea stating she thought it was a great idea and they reassured me that it would not be a hassle. This simple act of kindness made my entire day and was so refreshing as you just don’t experience that kind of service anymore. I love going here for that reason. I love papa Murphy’s. The crust is amazing, they use the best ratio of cheese to sauce, and the ingredients are always fresh. HOWEVER this is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to!! When I place online orders half the time they are not ready at the designated time, then when they have to make it the staff is incredibly rude. I was about to ask for the manager, but the man that was being the most rude had a name tag that said “shift manager”. Another time when I placed an order by phone I went to pick it up and they claimed they never got the order and accused me of calling the wrong store. But I confirmed the number and what do you know, I did call the right store. So then I had to wait for them to make it. What is the point of ordering online or calling ahead if it’s not ready when you get there (especially when you call 4 hours in advance). Stopped in this location early evening. No other customers were there. I ordered a pan crust Garden Veggie. I didn't watch it being made but I should have. When I got it out of the fridge to bake it, it was pepperoni and sausage. Not a veggie on the entire pizza. I called and they had no idea what to do. I went back 15 minutes later and all of the toppings were put away even though the time it was open until was still 30 minutes away. I got them to go in the back and make me what I had paid for. When I got the new pizza I was told, No Charge. Damn right no charge! I think I deserved a refund for my time back and forth and the inconvenience.
