*Go across the street to the location in TARGET, YOU WON'T REGRET IT!
Coming back to leave another "1 star" - yet again I've randomly tried to give this Starbucks a chance, and continues to disappoint. We hosted my sons baptism for 30-40 people and called ahead for 2 travel coffees, lady was friendly and thanked me for calling ahead, said it woukd take 20-30 minutes. I show up at 40 minutes, wait in line for 10 minutes watching the team if 5 standing around doing nothing, waiting for a lady in back who apparently was on the phone? The lady walks back and forth putting my travel case together with lids, and after waiting for 20min she brings me my 1 travel case and "sorry but I only had time to brew 1,i was on the phone with someone from corporate, do you want to wait about 20m for the 2nd one? ".... WHATTTTT? HOW IS THIS MY FAULT, AND CAN NO ONE ELSE BREW A COFFEE? Worst... Starbucks... EVER!
Older review: My wife and I are regular Starbucks drinkers, and this location has got to be the worst, and I mean WORST customer service location I have ever been to. While waiting in line(went inside) I continue to wait and hear people in front of me receiving incorrect orders. Once at the register I order a decaf for my pregnant wife at home and acknowledgenowledge the k cups I'd be purchasing. The lady rung me up but I noticed she had only charged me with my online receipt for the coffee. The honest person I am I went back up to the register to pay for the k cups. The lady rings me up again, but RECHARGES ME for the coffee? She tells me no, I wasn't changed again, yet I show her my receipt I already have on my phone. 5 minutes of trying to figure out how she refunds me on the system, I wait for my coffee. Once I receive the I go to put cream in and see nothing but a pile of coffee grounds. At this point, I have zero patience and hand the coffee to the batista and politely ask her to dump it out, as I walk out to go across the street to Target where I will now go vs this location or travel over to radio drive to actually receive quality...
Read moreWorst customer service ever! I don't care of it's the holidays season or winter, all year round this locations has horrible customer service. First off, this is the third time that I've found hair in my drink, It's absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. Their health standards have gone down the drain. Secondly they're customer service is so horrible they treat their customers like absolute trash. They hire disrespectful rude, inconsiderate, young adults/teenagers. They are snap back at customers and don't acknowledge how bad they treat customer. I've talked to this location manager before, It's the same apology and bribes of gift cards and free drinks. Honestly its not worth the way they treat customers, I have been a loyal customer for over twenty years and I'm extremely disappointed. I've seen a huge shift in Starbucks customer service and quality in food products they produce. It's not worth paying 5 dollar for a frappuccino or latte with milk dripping down the side of the cup with hair sprinkled on the top. If I wanted to be treated this way I would let my dog make my coffee. Your official Starbucks barista " promise" is love your beverage or let us know. We'll always make it right. Well their staff is becoming antagonistic with customers. I've asked serval time to get my drink remaid when it was made wrong in a calm assertive tone, in return people have told me no, we don't do that here. It's a slap in the face and completely dishonest to have advertising and marketing to relay the message of a healthy, calm environment with good customer service and not putting in the work to make sure your expectations and stardars that you've set are actually followed through and executed in a professional manners. I dosen't matter if I've been a member for over two decades, It's the good customer service and experience that keeps customers coming back and I can confidently say that I will never come back to this location or Starbucks in general. Learn from this and understand why Caribou makes better...
Read moreI have never been treated with so much inefficiency at this location. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino on oatmilk, since obviously, I am lactose intolerant, and I was given one with dairy whipped cream. I then asked to have them redo it on oatmilk and no whip, and since it was their busy time, I was given a new one with just ice, oat milk, and no flavor. I patiently waited in my car for that, but I still got the wrong drink. I had to get off my car and return inside to ask them again to redo my drink for the third time. This time, the lady making the drinks belligerently threw an empty plastic glass to the lady taking the orders over the car drive thru. In the meantime, the lady taking the orders, started arguing with me unapologetically. This lady then called the manager asking me defensively "what's up?". I explained again the situation to her as she asked me rudely "is this what you wanted?" arguing with me that there is still lactose in the caramel. I answered her that I had never had an issue with just the caramel and that I had always ordered frappuccinos without dairy whipped cream on oat milk at other Starbucks, including this one. Drinks at Starbucks are expensive already costing almost $8 dollars, and I feel that you should be able to order and get what you want with no hazzle and no inconveniences. In addition, the cc machines ask you for a tip? For what? For them to do their job? Starbucks should be paying their employees well, not us, the customers. They should also train their poorly paid employees better. The impatience, the rudeness, the lack of customer service was clearly evident to me and the other customers inside. How embarrasing! If I could, I would give this place a "zero" for expensive drinks plus undeserved tips, lack of service, and rudeness. I would. This is the reason for store closures. From 2019 to 2020 they have closed over 400 stores, and there seems to be a trend in this bad inflated economy and very...
