⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Amazing – So Glad They’re Finally Here!

This new location just opened yesterday and already completely exceeded our expectations! Even though we’ve been fans of this burger spot for a while, this location absolutely holds up to the high standard we’ve come to love. Both of our burgers were delicious — juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. And of course, the fries were just as amazing as always (seriously, how are they that good every time?!).

What really stood out, though, was the incredible service. The girl working the register was so freaking awesome — her energy was through the roof in the best way. She was smiling, kind, helpful, and knew the menu inside and out. Her vibe added to the whole experience and made us feel so welcome.

So today I’m scheduled for a 12 hr shift , I went out in my 20 minute lunch break for lunch and ordered a chicken sandwich and fries , for lunch and was dissatisfied with the taste of the sandwich. I called to see if I could have the sandwich replaced , I stated that I wasn’t tying to get a refund, I just wanted a burger , I was told we don’t do that ! I thought the customer was always right ? I cannot speak highly enough of the food and service we received today. This is our first time trying Taystees and they did not disappoint. The Food is phenomenal. We had the cool ranch supreme and the Taystee Hawain, do not even get me started on the fries. If you've never tried I definitely recommend. We spoke with the owner of Taystees mom who was at the opening today supporting the newest Franchise owner and she was a amazing women. 10/10 will recommend...
