The food is really good but the ownership of this place must be really hurting for money either that or they're very greedy because trying to use a coupon on the KFC app is a joke. I'm a union plus member I've had coupons every single time we eat KFC which is usually like once a week maybe once every other week but we eat it regularly and on average we spend at the very least $30 or more every time. I was trying to use it on the KFC app and I've had them validate my coupons many different times at other fast food restaurants in this restaurant specifically more than once -and since it's such an inconvenience to have to pull up to the restaurant after I've been driving and have to log into my account go in to find the coupons and then place a whole order on my phone while we're trying to go into the drive-thru when we're in a rush for food it's really really inconvenient and it's very frustrating. Tonight we went there and I said I had a coupon for 25% off a combo meal and I said that in the Drive-Thru and literally right when I pulled up to the window the manager was already standing there waiting to correct me and tell me that I had to go park in the parking lot and set up the order when I was already waiting in the Drive-Thru and I couldn't use my coupon. Read moreWell, the food tasted good I guess and the restaurant was pretty clean so I'll start with those two positive points. It just goes downhill from there though. I asked if they still served the Double Down, which is a large chicken sandwich with two chicken breasts. They said they did still have a double chicken sandwich so I ordered that and some potatoes and gravy. My daughter ordered the Two waffle chicken and waffles special with dark meat. She literally had to repeat the order four times because they kept asking her what she wanted and then quoted it back incorrectly. Of course, after all that they still gave her the wrong order. On the upside, they managed to also charge us for the wrong order as well so we didn't have to get a price adjustment and she wasn't going to repeat her order a fifth time. They went 100% on wrong orders because when mine arrived, it was a double chicken little. I took it up to the counter and asked why I didn't get what I asked for. They told me that the double down hadn't been available for at least two years. To that I'd say, check the picture from my review of the Snohomish KFC from three months ago. Apparently it features a rogue chicken sandwich sighting. I pointed this out to her and she just shrugged. Top notch customer service there. Looked up menu online for this specific KFC location to figure out what we wanted to get and made sure what I was picking didn't have 'online exclusive' since we just wanted to swing by not do a whole pick up order. Got to the drive-thru and asked about the meal that I had looked at on their online menu and started to give her the name of the meal. Instead of being helpful, the staff person interrupted me to rudely tell me that was online only without really hearing what the meal was. I was honestly surprised about her rudeness for a simple question and tried to ask again because she didnt even let me say what the meal was and their online menu did not label this as 'digital exclusive' as it did several others. She interrupted (again with uncalled for attitude about a simple question) and basically then said that nothing from their online menu was available with drive-thru. Didn't try to offer any other suggestions or even try to be nice about it.
