third update 5/2/21: Business replied to my review stating that they "DO NOT offer any kind of delivery for more than a year already". I ordered from GrubHub literally the day before the business responded. See attached image to my review.

second chance update 5/1/21: Took a second chance and ordered Delivery from GrubHub.

Pho broth was on the watery side, beef flank/brisket had a cardboard taste/texture--each slice was really dry and overcooked. In other words, the pho isn't worth it.

Vermicelli noodles were soggier than a sheep dog on a rainy day. They were so damp and slimy that I couldn't even pick them up with my bare hands because they kept slipping away--way overcooked and not strained enough before delivery. The romaine lettuce was a nice touch though as opposed to the ice burg lettuce that you get elsewhere. The grilled pork was on they dry and hard side. The egg rolls tasted starchy. The fish sauce is spicier than most places. The basil was pre-shredded and was all brown/wilted. I regrettably ate 3/4 of it before tossing the rest.

Mango Bubble Tea: the most artificial thing you can get. Tasted totally artificial and had a starchy/powdery texture with each sip even though it was blended ice. The rainbow jelly was tasteless and had a rubbery texture as well.

There are very few places that earn a one star from me. Sadly, this place is one of them--especially since I gave this place a second chance.

first review: TLDR: average pho. Bubble tea not worth it.

I was a bit on the fence as to whether or not to dine here strictly because the Food Safety sign was listed as "Ok". I gave it a shot.

Shared parking lot. Spacious open concept dining area.

Menu has limited photos and many spelling errors but it tells you what you're ordering and that's what really matters.

Service: wait to be seated, order at the table, you will be watered and given a complimentary cream puff, check brought to you; utensils, condiments, napkins located at your table.

Pho: lightly flavored broth. The amount of noodles distinguish the size differences. Don't expect tons of meat in a large sized bowl. Slightly stingy on the basil condiments. Like was very juicy compared to other places. You know, some places have that bone dry lime wedge that makes you sweat more than you get juice out of--you won't have thay

Taro Bubble Tea: definitely on the lower end of the spectrum. Not very flavored at all and the tapioca pearls were a bit on the chunky side--was not uniformly chewy. Had the consistency of a slushy but got watery real fast. Stick with the food.

Perhaps my next visit, should I return, will have a...

My best friend and I have named Pho Vina as our go-to pho place. The two main servers are very welcoming, and extremely friendly. It's easy to see that they treat all customers with this kind of service as well. From the start, they've brought us our orders within (at max) 10 minutes of arriving- and since then, it's only gotten faster, and they've memorized our exact orders. Not to mention, (unlike other pho places) it's insanely easy to customize your order and take out or add in what you want. In our case, we have them take out the mushrooms and tofu from our orders, and they happily do so without hesitation. Every time we leave absolutely satisfied. We love them. They are some of the sweetest people you'll ever come...

Terrible experience! Visited for the first time with my mom and sister. Sister ordered a chow mein while mom and I ordered pho. Sister's chow mein was brought out while my mom and I waited at least 30 minutes for our pho. Pho never came. Instead a table that was seated significantly after we had been there received their pho first. When we asked where ours was, we were told they were coming. We waited an additional 10 minutes before seeing another table who had arrived way after us get served their pho. We decided to cancel our order and go somewhere else. All in all, we waited 50 minutes for pho that was never brought to us, and watched two tables that had been seated way after us get their food first. I will not...

The Grilled Marinated Chicken Banh Mi was good — toasted crunchy buns with the delicious grilled chicken strips, cilantro, jalapeños, onions, cucumbers. The strawberry Boba was also good Our only con was their fresh lemonade. Very little lemonade in a glass fill with ice for $4.00. My daughter said she could’ve ordered the $4.50 lemonade soda instead and gotten far more lemonade than the fresh lemonade drink she had. The photo I have has much less ice than when it was served because I took the photo after we were done eating the Banh Mi sandwiches, and thus, some of the ice cubes had already melted.

Took a friend here for her to try Banh Mi. She loved her chicken and I loved the pork. Good, fresh bread, good proportions of ingredients. Nice and spicy but if you don't like spice, ask them to tone it down. Very friendly staff and quiet on a late lunch Saturday afternoon. Recommended! This has become a regular spot for my friend and I. The Banh Mi are really good but we're committed to trying some other items too.
