Placed an order online. I received a call that they didn't have albondigas, which was the only reason we ordered from them, so I asked them to just cancel the whole order. Immediately I was told they couldn't because the "boss" wasn't there and that they would call me the next day, I said no there is of course a manager on duty who can handle this and to call me back when it was resolved. 5-10min later I received a call letting me know the order was cancelled. That should have been the end of it but of course, it wasn't.

The next day I got a call from the "boss", I assume, who left a message saying that because the order was cancelled the charge never went through. Now if it was actually cancelled the day before I wouldn't need a follow up so my assumption is the first person lied about the order being cancelled. The boss also lied because today the charge posted. So now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card and deal with that all because these people want to steal $50 from me and can't keep their online ordering platform up to date. Save yourself a visit and go to any of the 3 other mexican spots within walking distance that are better, it's what we should have done.

Update: The “owner” followed up with an apology, more excuses, and a lie but still no action, my credit card is still waiting on them to reply so I can finally get my money back permanently. Their lie by the way is that they claim they issued a refund after my chargeback which if they did would have immediately ended...

I was craving Pollo con Crema and happened to stop here. It was my first, but not last, visit. I'm so impressed! First, the servers were attentive but not intrusive by any means. Our server, Jose, was fantastic, and everyone kept an eye on everyone's drinks and tables, etc, and made a great team. It was also one of the servers' birthday, and they were celebrating him as well. It was fun to join in the festive atmosphere. Second, it is a very welcoming and definitely a clean space. And friendly with smiles consistently on literally ALL of the servers (see First, above). It's not fake and not constant, just genuine. I had my Pollo con Crema, and it was one of the best I've had. The sauce was perfectly balanced, and it had mushrooms, green onions, and diced tomatoes, in addition to the chicken. Yummmm! Although I thought my friend's mole had more cinnamon than I like, it wasn't bad tasting by any meams. Just personal preference. And the salad they serve with it is refreshing and delicious. The plate was full, and they served really good portions. I will definitely return again for dinner after 5. They had a fresh corn tortilla station at the entrance that made fresh tortillas behind glass you can watch through, but not until then. I was a little disappointed, but the packaged flour tortillas I had were fresh, soft, and had a good 'chew'. We both finished our plates before we remembered to take a picture, haha I'm looking forward to my next...

Updated: (7/22) We actually had some less satisfying experiences and stopped going here. I think it might tie back to worker shortages driving down the overall experience but can't say for sure. Our waiter pretended to know the menu better than he really did, which was annoying cuz he told us they didn't serve certain things that we know they do. Then he also messed up our order and wouldn't even apologize or give us any compensation or anything. That was our second and most unfavorable of two unfavorable visits. That was in the spring. Hopefully things are back to awesome!

We have recently visited twice. Guys, they have menudo on the weekends! Actually Legit chile relleno (most places don't make it right anymore). Chips n salsa are good. Good amount of attentive staff. Lots of TV's to catch a game if you want. Umm, they MAKE tortillas! They were making corn tortillas (yellow ones, not as good as white but hey!). Albondigas & tortilla soup, also good. The rice & beans too. Everything we've tried was good...except the kid's burgers which were overcooked...a lot, lol. Small outdoor seating area. Lots of parking. Located between McDonald's and 7-11. Just across the street from Bank of America, Ulta and some other restaurants. There is a park, movie theatre, gas, shopping center &...

My friends family and I had dinner here for the first time and we weren't very pleased. I ordered a tequila sunrise and pollo en mole, my friend had a spicy mango margarita and 2 enchiladas meal, her husband ordered the enchilada and taco meal with a mole enchilada, her daughter ordered camarones blancos, horchata, and flan for dessert. Everyone liked their meals except for me. I have high standards of how I like my mole to taste, so if a Mexican restaurant doesn't make good mole, then they don't pass my test of worthiness. My chicken was mostly flat overly cooked pieces. I was starving and had had a few sips of my drink. Otherwise, I probably wouldn't have eaten most of my meal. The tequila sunrise was really strong that I unfortunately couldn't even finish half of it even after watering it down. Our service was somewhat good at the beginning, but then, towards the end, it started to go downhill. It wasn't even busy at all, so there was really no good excuse. We needed to ask who I imagine was the owner for the bill and when it was brought to us it was all on one when since we started ordering I had let the waitress know that it was going to be 2 seperate bills. I then had to wait more than 5-10min to get my change while my friend and her family were already waiting for me outside.

this place is not a 4.4 star restaurant. the food is dry and not good. the employees are rude. i’ve have given this place 2 chances and both times is a 0 star rating. this chimichanga is nothing but pulled chicken and a fried shell the chicken is too dry and they only put a very small amount of cheese in it. they hate it when you share a plate. they don’t even come check on you. if i wanted dry chicken i would have bought a can of chicken from the grocery store. completely flavorless. we just left the restaurant and our waitress dropped off our food and only returned with the bill she didn’t check in at all and didn’t ask us if we wanted anything else just dropped the bill on the table and walked away. i will never come back again COMPARISON!!! I have provided two photos in my review. The first photo is of Santa Fe in woodinville where you can see how dry and plain their chimichanga is versus the second picture which is El Paraiso in Monroe El Paraisos chimichangas are amazing as a matter of fact, El Pisos is my number one choice for Mexican restaurants. The one in Monroe is really amazing. I’m not sure about any of the other ones. and that completes my review EL PARAISO WINS HANDS DOWN IN ALL CATEGORIES!!!!

Went in after work and sat in the bar area. Ordered a house margarita to drink while my to go order of Taquitos Rancheros and queso was prepared. The margarita was overly filed with ice and mixer, not offensively so but I wouldn’t order again. The queso dip app was very spicy. I like some spice so if you follow me know this was beyond enjoyment for me. The Taquitos Rancheros were the biggest let down. They were soggy, small and the included guac was mostly lettuce. The guac side being mostly lettuce was a big let down after leaving a 25% tip. Better spots around especially for the price.
