One thing about me, I LOVE cinnamon rolls. They have been my favorite indulgence since I was a kid, and I’ve tried many. And I am PICKY. I kept seeing this place come up on tik tok with amazing reviews so I finally decided to stop by and give them a try. I believe it was the owner working when I stopped by this morning, and he was so kind and welcoming. Even before I mentioned I had never been before, he kindly told me about the different toppings and options they offer. For my first time, I kept it classic, with a regular cinnamon roll with vanilla drizzle. Oh. My. Word. It was INCREDIBLE!!!!! Soft, gooey, warm, packed with flavor! I also didn’t get that bloated feeling or sugar headache afterwords that sweet treats can cause. Hands down the best I’ve had in a looooooooong time. I am thrilled to have found a local shop that I can feel good about supporting. The cinnamon roll was incredible all on its own, but honestly, the customer service was equally as impressive. So many times you go to restaurants/bakeries etc and people seem annoyed that they have to help you or answer questions. Not here!!! An enjoyable conversation and amazing food. He even took the time to tell me about special weekend flavors, I can’t wait to come back and continue to support. Inefficient, slow, and inefficient. Giving this place 4 stars because I assume they have a 5-star cinnamon rolls. Never got to find out, because they ran out of cinnamon rolls by just after 9 AM...I find this out after waiting in the drive-through line for 23 minutes. That’s literally the only reason I came (on my birthday, at that), and they couldn’t even have 1 cinnamon roll available?

On top of being way out of touch with market demand, they are horribly inefficient. They are trying to do too much, with too few staff...obviously. Nobody should be waiting that long when there’s only 4 other cars in line. My wife and I watched as one vehicle literally was there for 12 minutes. 12 minutes. Count that out to yourself. You are sitting there trying to get a cinnamon roll or coffee and there’s four more cars after that. Another car in the middle of the line in front of us had enough of waiting and left when the cars opened up to give him enough room...we aren’t the only ones irritated by the SLOW service.

I don’t care if the cinnamon roll has a chance of having a $100 bill baked inside, it’s just not worth the wait. I think they need to add a person who just handles coffee orders AND have somebody running around to cars like they do at Mercury’s Coffee drive-thrus. It’s not rocket...

TLDR: oh yeah. Carb-alicious! You gotta try one.

Parking: small shared lot but enough space for grab and go.

Very small side-of-the-road shop with outdoor seating only.

Menu: written in chalk to the left of the door. you can build your own!

Service: staff is friendly and cheerful. Walk up to the window to order and pay. You can also order at the door. Your order will be brought out to you. If you get a single roll, it will be given to you in a plastic clamshell Togo box; utensils and napkins provided as well. Multiple rolls can go in a larger box or packed individually upon request.

The rolls themselves have more of a bread texture than a chewy texture like Cinnabon's in case you were wondering. That being said, the rolls are fluffier here.

Sticky Buns: your cinnamon roll drenched in oh so gooey caramel. I think I'd consider this more of a dessert roll rather than a breakfast item--but no one is judging you. Very sweet and savory!

Classic Cinnamon Roll: so soft and just the right amount of guilt-free sweetness! I do wish there was a tad more...
