GNC — Local services in Woodinville

What an incredible place! I had read reviews seeing that the GNC in Kirkland totem lake was absolutely horrific so I thought I would go down to Woodinville just a little bit farther for me... I called down there and a very cheerful young man answered. I told him I was very sick with reactivated Epstein-Barr virus and told him the couple of things that I needed - he said he had one of them but not the other. Then he totally surprised me by telling me where I might find a combination of the two supplements I was looking for, and the location of that place! Even told me that he hoped I would feel better soon. Wow! I'm likely going to go down there and buy the one of the two supplements I need there anyway because that's what I called customer service! This is a place I want to support and willll go to regularly now...

Accessible, kind and wicked smart - (Couldn’t recommend this place any more!) Jake is without a doubt one of the most knowledgeable, kind, accessible and scientifically focused rep I’ve ever met (and I’ve got a BS in biomedical science). Cutting out the fluff and knowing the gap between natty and not, Jake was so well in depth that he can talk about the digestive absorption of different proteins for best results. What a legend! Not only that he was exceptionally accessible and thoughtful in his questions and advice. Wow, just wow. I am so impressed by this store and the man working there. I do not know his name but he was spot on with information. He was super friendly, very informative. he knew the answers to literally ALL my 100 questions. I was looking for a specific product he knew exactly what it was what it did the benefits and other information too. he did not have what i needed and sent me on to another place that had it I AM SO THANKFUL. these are the kinds of people who need to be working at stores and in retail and positions where customers really need knowledgeable staff. hats off to this location of GNC and the tall guy running it....
