I had the Lima’s Special, came with 1 Whole marinated charbroiled chicken served with your choice of 3 homemade side orders and 1 two liter bottle of soda for $35.95. Feeds 4 adults if you aren’t greedy 😂 I also ordered the chicken flautas for $10 ratings below: Chicken- 10/10 Yucca fries- 9.5/10 Rice- 8.5/10 Green beans- 7.5/10 (wish they had a bit more flavor) Flautas- 10/10 Green sauce- 9/10 White sauce- 10/10 Drink selection- 5/10 this is the only are they really could improve on. The drink selection was not great at all. Would I come back again- YES, this is my third time here in fact.

They were good and I do plan on returning, however they prepared a steak bowl for me. I didnt eat it right away ,but when I finally did get to it ,I found a leaf in it☹🥺😟. About This leaf, I'm so for sure that it's not in our common food group of ingredients. Never seen such before, EVER. I saved the leaf in a paper towel and I almost shredded my receipt but I still got the time and date I was there aswell. Now, I saved this leaf for the next time I return . Hopefully it's nothing inside of it next time.

Best Peruvian chicken in MD. Generous portions when ordering to go. They stuff the fries and yuca in the containers. If you order and pay for extra sauce (4 for $1) stay on top of it because your extra sauce order is not usually passed along down the line of sides as you wait. Check before leaving. Otherwise they are great. Love the Lomo Saltado and the soup as well. Fried rice is awesome, veggies are cooked in chicken broth very tasteful. Kids enjoy the quesadillas. Not a bad thing on the menu!

Horrible costumer service. My sister accidentally ordered at this location which is 30 minutes away from us. She tried calling 11 times to cancel the order and no one picked up. We tried calling again 8 times the next day and still no one picked up. I drove to this location and we told them that we accidentally ordered at this location and we were trying to call to cancel the order, but no one ever picked up. Mind you, we tried calling when we arrived just to see if there phone worked, it worked just fine, but everyone there refused to pick up the phone. The manager had the phone in his hand the whole time and was playing with it, but never answered. After we told him we ordered at the wrong location he said that it was our fault and was extremely rude from the start when we were being very friendly. He refused to listen to us, refused to give us a refund, refused to remake the food for us and completely ignored the fact that we told him we called about 20 times. The restaurant closes at 8:15pm and we had ordered at 7:40pm and mind you we went to the location near our house before we realized it was the wrong location and the manager told us it was our fault because he excepted us to speed to Lima’s in 10 minutes when it is a 30 minute drive for us. He also said he waited for us until 9:30pm and that we had 2 hours to get the food but we did not know they were still there seeing that the restaurant closed at 8:15pm and no one was picking up the phone. After arguing with the manager for 10 minutes he still refused until I told him I also work at a restaurant and if something like this had happened at my restaurant, we would’ve easily refunded the money or remade the food. He finally caved in, but he then loudly complained to his fellow coworkers about us and was laughing at us. He even pointed at us and told his coworkers while laughing and joking. Mind you this is the manager of the restaurant,...

So maybe I'm spoiled. Ive grown up in Silver Spring and have only EXCLUSIVELY eaten Sardi's pollo. I was praying this would be my close replacement. Sadly...it wasn't. Warning 1: You walk in and you cant smell the chicken... Warning 2: the railings to line up are super confusing so I paid before my food was packed (again, im spoiled with Sardi's) Warning 3: there were no fries made...which was fine because i really wanted fried rice Warning 4: the fried rice looked pale but red all at the same time. Warning 5:he pulled my chicken out from under the table

But whatever lets give it a chance 11.00 with my kola champagne 😑🙄 okay whatever

I get home and I start diving right in to the rice Soggy Where is the crunch, the toasty smoke? Where are the onions, scallions, taste? It was a soggy bunch of blah

Next the platanos I think i ate a piece of the stove You really can't mess that up. They're plantain. They made them syper soft like i love them.

Now the chicken the main attraction. The smallest piece of chicken I have ever seen. The skin tasted good, the seasoning in the back crecices was delicious but the chicken itself had zero flavor. What I would give if they had marinated that chicken overnight!

So all in all Would I eat there again? If it was the last place on earth yea sure

Is Sardi's still around? If yes...

Never eating here ever again, I wish I can rate this place a Zero star! They are racist and act like the customers are their problem. I went in today for lunch and the cashier lady was very dismissive and unprofessional. As soon as I walked in she looked at me and walked from behind the counter and proceeded to put sodas into the fridge. I was puzzled because I just knew someone else was coming to help me. Another worker saw me standing there over 10 minutes and told me that someone would help me. She still continued to act like I wasn’t standing there. As time went by, Someone else walked in and got serviced immediately. She finally walked over and asked me what I wanted with an attitude, then walked away AGAIN!!! If you hate your job quit it, if you don’t like serving people or certain races then get a life and move! If I had time to run somewhere else for lunch I would have. After waiting so long she finally served me with an attitude and was extremely skimpy with the portions. I will NEVER return to Limas. It was not worth my sanity and the quality has declined all around the board. This experience was humiliating and disrespectful do not support them anymore they don’t care...
