I'm tired of my coffee tasting like crap when I spend my money to pay for something that they cannot make right. This one lady there who makes it amazing every time but when she's not there and somebody else makes my order they don't know how to make it. My order is very simple. It’s just a French vanilla with four sugars and 5 creams that is the simplest thing I can order off of their menu and they cannot even make it right. I just don’t understand how hard it is to make French vanilla coffee.. I don't know if they have someone new working there or they just don't know how to make coffee but all I know is there's more difficult drink that they make and cannot get French vanilla right.. to have to spend my own money to a business that can’t make coffee correctly. I’m so disappointed in Woodstock Dunkin’ and it seems another people that left a review feels like same.
Update from five months ago I just started coming back and there are new people working there and I’m glad because they seems like they know what they’re doing and how to make coffee I started to grab my coffee...

Normally they are totally fine but I have to say, service has been declining to the point where I am probably going to go elsewhere now. I had a free beverage and ordered a hot signature latte with an extra espresso shot. The cashier charged me for the espresso, which is normally not done (Likely it was put into the register as it's own drink and she didn't want to correct it, but instead she told me I just needed to pay which I had never had to do before.) Then, she made it ICED, not hot. And when she handed it to me and I said "I asked for hot" there was no apology. Her response was "Well, I made THIS, and we don't have anymore flavoring soooo..." I took the drink, which was excessively creamy looking and left. Upon tasting it clearly did not have extra espresso and didn't have ANY flavoring either. Only whipped cream on top. Read moreAbsolutely the worst service I have experienced in a drive through. 7 cars deep and I waited 34 mins (12 mins while I was already at the window). I order a hot coffee 2 creams toasted almond, 1 muffin and 1 hash brown. They had no idea what I ordered when I pulled up and had to retake my order. Did not know if the coffee they had ready was my coffee and proceed to ask if it was OK if they took the top off to smell it. I said no, make a new one, he proceed to take the top off and smell it anyways and then told me it was mine. Then I waited about 10 mins as they made the hash browns. Guy comes back to the window with my receipt and tells me to take he survey and tell us how bad we are so our manger will staff us correctly.
