Arby's — Restaurant in Wooster

Seeing as about a year ago I wrote a crappy review due to a bad experience at this restaurant; I recently went back with my family and had a fabulous dinner.

My Fiancé, our Son, Mother in Law, and I were headed to Loudonville Fair when it started to rain, Thursday evening. Due to the down pour we headed toward Wooster to find some grub; ending up at my fiancés favorite fast food: Arby's.

The gentleman behind the counter was prompt in taking our orders, and even brought the tray out to us. I wish I would've caught his name. All of our food was very fresh, and very filling. I don't know that I've ever had fresher food from any other Arby's. My chicken sandwich and mozzarella sticks were incredibly scrumptious, and I just can't get over them. 😆 We ordered more sandwiches to-go, because the 4 for $10 is the best deal in fast food right now, as well.

Highly recommend stopping for a fresh bite and good vibes. ✌🏼

Update 03/23/25: we stopped in after placing a $70 online order. There were only 3 ladies working, and they were killing it! The comical lady on the line did phenomenal at making our food, even with the passive aggressive comments about our order. Although we forgot my drink, and my mother in law's gyro - it was another pleasant experience. Especially with the huge order - we only waited...

Took my cat to the vet on Cleveland Ave. It was past 4:30 and I had not ate all day and decided to grab a sandwich at the Beall Ave location. There was one car in front of me and seemed it took longer than expected for them to place their order. I then get to the speaker and get told it will be a minute. Waited for longer than I should have to have someone come back on to take my order. (Shouldve taken this as a sign to leave!) I ordered just a Dr. Pepper and a dbl RB and Cheese sandwich. Turned the corner and the car ahead if me was still waiting on their food. So it was definitely moving slow. Got my food and ate on the way home. Unfortunately woke up 12 hours later with horrible stomach cramps and diarrhea....Im the only one in a family of 6 who ate something different and who is sick! So my only guess is my sandwich was contaminated. Thanks Arby's on Beall. I'll go to the Cleveland Rd location...

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and curly fries online for pick up. I'm glad I ordered ahead. The website said they would be ready at 1:29. I got there at 1:35. There were at least 5 cars in the drive-through, and about 8 customers in line in the lobby. There was no sign of my food, so I joined the line expecting to complain when I got to the front. About 2 minutes in the cashier put my bag in the Doordash bin. I got out of line and picked up my food. I got some side eye from customers still in line, but was out the door in under 5 minutes. It would have been at least 20 more minutes if I hadn't ordered ahead. Employees seemed to be hustling but were short staffed like most fast food places nowadays. My food was hot and fresh. My advice is definitely try to order ahead for pickup as you never know how long the...
