Second time going to the new chipotle the first visit was great , they were very kind . My second time going, I went today and asked for quesadilla and the girls said we can’t do that up front and I she said okay , well can go back and make it and she had an attitude and said sure. Went in the back and made it , didn’t ask me what I wanted on it and then a young gentleman very polite , Kindly asked if you could make me something else and I said a burrito, but she went back and made my quesadilla, but didn’t ask me what I wanted on it.He said we’re not supposed to make those only for online orders , I said okay I didn’t know the girl who was taking care of my order failed to tell me that they were only for online orders so she had an attitude when I asked her if she could politely make it in the back, she did not clarify that those were online orders only that they could not do quesadillas upfront. Read moreI ordered a burrito online. I arrived after the pick up time by a couple minutes, but my order wasn't in the window. I had to wait until they completed an order at the counter, then give them my name so that they could bring my order from the back. This defeats the whole purpose of ordering online.
After I took my burrito home, I realized they had made it wrong. I checked my order to make sure I hadn't ordered incorrectly. I hadn't. Corn instead of tomato salsa. I paid extra for queso. None. So I called. They offered to remake it if I drove back to the store. I just wanted a refund. Managers at Chipotle cannot give you a refund (I was told). I have to call a customer service number to correct an error that I did not make for a burrito I'm not going to eat. I'm not wasting any more of my time.

Nothing was right. 2 burritos that had things added that were not asked for and loaded with sour cream which I’m disgusted by, whatever, things happen. No problem. Call back Thursday morning they tell me they’ll fix it and give me a meal back. I go in to claim it and they are out of half of the things on the counter. Please help me understand how you can be out of that many things every single night but you’re still opening the store with every product. Sounds like laziness to me.
