📍 Location & Atmosphere Located on 22 Front St in Worcester, Broth Ramen has potential but feels a bit unfinished. While the artwork on the walls is well done, the space lacks warmth—missing decor and dim lighting make it feel less inviting than it could be. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, the ambiance doesn’t fully draw you in. 🍽️ Food & Drinks I tried to order the surf and turf, but it looks like they already ran out, which is unfortunate. So I went to try the Grilled Cheese Ramen and the Lobster Ramen. The grilled cheese ramen was comforting with a creamy tomato bay soup, evoking a nostalgic grilled cheese and tomato soup combo. It’s a fun idea, but felt a little one-note—I wish it had more depth to elevate it beyond novelty. The lobster ramen was underwhelming. A zesty lemon broth gave it a citrusy twist, but I expected a richer, seafood-boil-style flavor perhaps. The portion was light, with only half a lobster and very little meat. For a premium item, it didn’t quite deliver on value or experience. 👨‍🍳 Service & Hospitality Service was just okay—friendly enough, but minimal effort beyond taking the order and dropping off food. There wasn’t much warmth or engagement, which added to the overall sense that the experience was missing something. 💡 Unique Selling Point Broth Ramen dares to be different with creative fusion concepts that go beyond traditional ramen. I respect the innovation—it’s not your typical ramen shop—but the execution doesn’t fully support the ideas. With stronger presentation, more thoughtful menu cohesion, and a better dine-in vibe, they could really stand out. Right now, it feels like a great idea that’s still trying to find its footing.

Broth has reopened in downtown Worcester, but if you’re looking for a spot with great ambiance, this might not be the place for you. The food was decent but nothing exceptional, especially when it comes to ramen—especially considering that the best ramen in Worcester is across on the other side of Worcester commons. The menu is limited, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but it does mean fewer options to explore. We tried the tomato ramen, which tasted more like ramen noodles in a tomato soup. While not bad, it lacked the depth of flavor expected in a standout ramen dish. However, the grilled cheese on a stick was a fun and creative touch. The pork broth ramen was okay but could have used more elements to elevate the dish. On the other hand, the kimchi and bacon rice balls were fantastic—probably the highlight of the meal. Service was a bit slow, though not terrible. They do offer a selection of local beers, which is a nice touch if you want something to pair with your meal. Overall, it’s worth trying once, but I don’t see myself going back. If you’re craving top-tier ramen in Worcester, you might want to look elsewhere.

New place in Worcester. It is ran by the same people as hang over pub. There is a parking lot but it is also meter parking so bring quarters! The bowls are between $15-17. But they are very creative and delicious! My friend and i got the vegetarian one with the grilled cheese and the triple pork. They do a great job with the presentation. Both the meals and the place is aesthetically pleasing. The atmosphere itself is very open have some tables but also some couches, big posters and graffiti writing on the wall. If you just want to have a drink there's also a bar and side and they have a whole separate sake menu cold and hot options.

First time here last night. The owner did an okay job from what it was before. Buying it for $10k, I believe they could have done a little more with the location. The inside is very spacious, too spacious to me. I think they should have more tables around, more two person tables. I cannot understand the couch in the corner maybe just a random place to chill and have a drink. But to me I think they could add more tables of the couch wasn't there. The ambiance is bland. Some graffiti on the walls and some random Marvel artistry which . Just thought some of the decor would be Ramen based. It is neat that Hangover is connected so you can go between the two anytime you want.

The ramen was okay, thought a little under cooked. Broth could use some help. I actually asked for salt and I was looked at, like I had 5 heads. I ordered the chicken parm, I did not like it. The chicken fell apart which was great as it was in a soup and it was easy to eat. Just I do not think chicken parm should be a ramen soup. A on creativity but not for me. My boyfriend for the triple pork, it was good. Missing the bacon though. The pork was tender, just wish there was more of it. Once again the broth was not my favorite or his. Bartender was attentive, very polite. Drinks are creative, beers are craft beers. Over all, broth was okay. Probably would go back to try the...

Obviously an establishment is under no obligation to supply vegetarian options. However, if you choose to offer them they should probably not taste like an obligation. Grilled cheese ramen? I was curious, and further drawn by the lack of meat. However, it's obvious that no herbivore was consulted when the menu was proposed; It doesn't taste like ramen, doesn't taste like tomato soup, and I'm left wondering what I paid $13 for. Were the silky tofu cubes added because it doesn't contain a protein? Thanks, but maybe add something with texture or flavor instead. I did appreciate the quartered tomato that was supplied; it reminded me what I thought I signed up for.

The server seemed upset at my request to take a non plastic container for the remaining food, even though I asked if it was fine and received an affirmative that it was. Ok, then why are you still trying to talk me out of it?

Overall, disappointing. Given the number of bacon themed dishes I would recommend this to anybody seeking to acquire heart disease. Maybe the veggie ramen and burger are great. I would hope so from the "first ramen bar in the state". I don't know, and I doubt I'll return...
