Crown Fried Chicken - CFC — Restaurant in Worcester

Went to try this place for the first time today. I waited for 15 minutes without Even being acknowledged by the two staff members. There were several people waiting in front of me and they were also people waiting to order. There wasn't even eye contact from the only two employees in the whole restaurant. I noticed that the food was not covered that was pre-made and they weren't wearing gloves while preparing several different types of meat and touching people's food that was prepared with their hands. The restaurant was very hot and uncomfortable to stand in. After 15 minutes of sweating and still no acknowledgment or ability to place an order I left the establishment with an empty stomach and now hot and irritable. I'm not sure how they stay open with zero customer service. Maybe the food is just that good but I will never know because I will never go back. The establishment also looked dated and dirty. I doubt employees that can't manage to take an order within 20 minutes are dedicating any portion of their day to cleaning the the restaurant thoroughly and disinfecting surfaces.

Called to make an order being that I’m a usual I told the person answering the phone everything he needed to know! He then asks me when will I be there to pick up my food? Confused because in my mind I would expect to hear how long till the food I’m paying for is ready! He then says people call and place orders and never pick them up??? Again I’m confused as to why that would be my problem? Funny thing is another guy maybe the manger or owner who was there the night before when I ordered was there to protect his staff after hearing my case. Sad I did nothing wrong was not rude or anything but got hung up on and no food and kicked out once I got there to confront who ever hung up on me! Not to mention the owner or whoever was claiming they guy who answered the phone was NEW then how would he know so many people called in fake orders!!! Sadly enough I did want my damn food! I was completely disappointed and shocked with this place. My fiance and I eat at as many different restaurants as possible but will never return to this one. We had walked approximately two miles before arriving and upon arrival we needed to use the restroom just to be denied. The sign on the door says restroom is for paying customers only, and yes we were, we ordered our food and when i asked if I could use the restroom they said NO, its closed because we are closing in a little less than two hours. Two hours, really!! If we hadn't already paid we would have walked out. NOT a customer friendly restaurant. I want to give zero stars but it won't allow that.
