I ordered “The Unicorn”. I personally accentuate its beauty in bright pink. The wetness of its melting gives the hue a brilliance that your eyes taste first. Yum. The sprinkles are greens, whites, oranges, magentas, and others of beauty and varying value. The marshmallows do it for me in all honesty. I’ll tell you why though, they were the perfect surprises! More than a mouthful mixed into this delicious SubZero Nitrogen Ice Cream! I was up in arms because they have such amazing options. A lover of all things French, I considered the Bernnolli Brulee first! And then the Banana Cream was working for the Oder before me and looked so delicious. Absolutely Incredible Experience! Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream on Front Street is hands down one of the coolest and most unique ice cream spots I’ve ever been to. Watching them make your ice cream right in front of you using liquid nitrogen is not only fun, it’s fascinating!

The ice cream itself is super creamy, rich in flavor, and fully customizable—whether you’re picky with your base, flavors, or toppings, they’ve got you covered. Everything feels fresh and made exactly the way you want it.

The staff are super friendly and patient, always ready to walk you through the process and help you choose if it’s your first time.

Interesting take on the model that coldstones seems to have perfected but with a twist that they combine the flavors really binding them to the icecream with the power of science... nitrogen. It is quite Kool to see the person behind the counter blasting the area with a cloud of nitrogen. I would assume after a few times that may get old and the process is a bit long and seems very inefficient. But at the end of the exsperiance I consumed the scream of ice down like a vacuum like my life depended on it... not because of the way it was made but because I am a fattass that loves icecream. 🫠
