Not at all surprised by the negative reviews here! This Dunkin' is extremely slow every time, even when you can clearly see that they aren't understaffed at all! Employees are always running around behind the counter appearing busy, but still somehow not getting anything done, anything you order takes forever! Many times I have only ordered one cup of coffee & have had to wait nearly 10 mins! Unacceptable...they must come up with a better way to service customers, or they'll certainly lose business here! I preferred when it was Starbucks, the coffee was always made fresh, workers were right on it, no matter when you stopped by & everything was just all around so much better! There was also an employee named Emma who was fantastic, who I'm sad to see is no longer working there. You always notice a huge group or customers standing around waiting for their orders, getting aggravated with the ridiculous wait times! Dunkin', please try to do better than this! You are located in a very busy hospital, many of us are really in need of faster service, because we stop by as we're leaving the hospital, or at times are purchasing items for patients, and would really prefer more effort & better, higher quality service! It should not take more than a few minutes for a cup of coffee or one pastry!! I'm very surprised that you are still in business truthfully & haven't been shut down yet. Maybe try hiring new employees, or retraining current ones to move a little faster, so that the lines can go quickly for all?? When I got up to my daughter's room, I reached into the bag, the muffin was so hard and stale like it was one week old. The decaf wasn't much better, Luke warm and off. How could the server touch the muffin and think that anyone would eat it, much less PAY for it? The coffee was less evident. I went back asked if there was anything that was fresh in that case. She did not answer me but proceeded to heat up a petrified muffin. When I told her I did not want THAT muffin, she looked like a deer in the headlights!
