Went when the shop was empty, no hot fudge, flavors aren't the most accurate tasting. Cake batter and mango tasted like essence. Taro was good! Self serve style froyo and toppings, doesn't seem the most sanitary. Minimal service required so neutral. The employees voices were louder than the music. Most importantly for two dishes (they only offer massive extra large bowls resulting in more froyo psychologically) the total was $23. I finished mine completely while my sister could not. Way too overpriced for frozen yogurt and it’s not even good quality. The male staff was friendly. Female staff could use an attitude adjustment. When you close at 9:30, customers can go anytime before 9:30 to get yogurt even if they happen to go in at 9:28 and take the yogurt to go. That’s how retail works. The attitude was out of line. I had a few choice words but kept my composure. Also, you’re welcome for bringing you a new customer. I myself will definitely not be back. I’d rather wait until Froze Zone opens back up...
