I sent my wife to pick up cookies under her name. They only gave her the four cookies they did not give her the free cookie. My daughter goes back in to get the cookie when they just gave them the cookies. They said they don’t have the order they needed proof Then they said that the picture I sent wasn’t good enough because I wasn’t there to pick it up to show them. It was ordered on my app. I just take multiple pictures of the screen to send them to prove that I ordered one cookie then they needed proof of payment when I just picked up the order. Real big hassle for one cookie when if they did their job right in the first place by reading the order, it wouldn’t be an issue and it’s not so easy when the person picking up the cookie is recovering from surgery when it should just be a simple walking and walk out but then when she has to go in and wait and take pictures and be on her feet for a while when she just had knee surgery not a very...

Always fascinated by the varieties. Prices are great for the sizes. Love the varieties. Will definitely recommend. Service has been good so far. Server's very polite and make sure your order is what you ordered. Also these days the cookies come out cold. Even though baking is ongoing non stop. I guess the toppings may melt if they don't keep them refrigerated. It's my only con actually. It smells amazing in there all the time however am bummed when the cookie i get is cold. Ohhh and my rewards gave me an entire order free. I paid zero dollars except for tip in cash. So keep racking that rewards points. They do payoff when you least expect it. Enjoy!!!...
