I wish they had 10 stars to rate this place because everything they have is so delicious! The Regatta's are Famous made fresh ahead of time on a Half Loaf of the most scrumptious bread filled with Italian meats, lettuce, tomatoes, onions,& dressing or they are happy to make it any way you like it! I absolutely love their Meatball grinders, American Chop suet, BLT's,& I have yet to find a Place that makes a more delicious Tuna Fish than them! YUM! They also have homemade side dishes like potato salads, pasta salad & such, those are just a couple on many items that are yummy! They have yummy Salads too,! Also, they have a number of homemade desserts that are out of this world. I love the Carrot Cake myself but they have plenty to choose from that will make your mouth water. They also have Plenty of choices of chips & drinks to pick from. It's family owned, & Everyone that works their is so nice & they always make you feel welcome when you visit, even if it's been a while, they remember you with a smile & by name! Five...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI wouldn't go here if I didn't live nearby. They manage to get the order wrong every time. This time we tried an online order and specified: 1) Sandwich a: no sauce, 2) Sandwich b: no onions (allergy).
I am the one with the onion allergy. After picking the onions I could see off my sandwich, I continued to find them and eventually had to give up lest I need to go to a clinic. My partner's sandwich was covered in sauce; they could remove it with a towel, but the sandwich remained soggy as a result. Of course, the paid items we specified -- a tiny pickle, a single banana pepper -- were included.
I don't know what I expected from a shop that does OK good but never as ordered. At least Napoli and the oft-disappointing El Basha are nearby -- like Regatta, they may not be the best of fare, but at least they won't serve me the onions that make me sick after I specifically...

An almost half loaf of bread, 2 uneventful slices of ham, 1-2 slices of salami, cheese, way too much mayo, no oil & vinegar or tangy peppers and not even the mustard I asked for, it's really just a glorified Xtra Carb-minimal meat huge sandwich.
To be fair, I was told they have great tasting sandwiches other than the Italian, unfortunately I'm very particular when I eat things that don't contribute to my beach body delusions. Frankly, that much bread can't be good for anyone who's not on a Portuguese ankle diet &...
