I tried this place for the first time today after good reviews from my colleagues. I had a kale smoothie, avocado toast (on gluten free bread), and the summer salad. The smoothie was delicious! Although the sorbet and apple juice made it quite sweet - I think they could easily cut the sugar content. Also, at $6, it was pretty pricey. I was very happy to find they carry GF bread, and it was good. The avocado on my toast was fresh, but the egg was clearly a frozen yellow circle... even Dunkin Donuts get the eggs that have a white and a yolk...the greens on top were a little overdressed, but overall it was yummy and I felt good about the nutrition. There were no pickled onions, as described. Again, $6 for avo toast? I'll stick to making my own at home, but it was worth a try. The summer salad was very tasty, although they forgot the chicken. Since I got my meal to-go I didn't discover that until I was back at work. The dressing it comes with is very nice, but also quite sweet, and I feel they could cut sugar here too. The pieces of greens were quite big, and not easy to eat gracefully without cutting them down further, but the salad was fresh and tasted good. Overall, this restaurant is quite overpriced - at least as far as food goes, but if you're in a bind and need lunch, or are looking to treat yourself it's a good stop. They could make efforts to cut the sugar from things like the smoothies and salad dressings, and make more bowls with greek yogurt rather than sorbet or ice cream, but overall I felt good about what...

I placed a pick up order on Ubereats and after about 20 minutes I received notification that my order was ready for pick up. When I arrived the place was very busy but I made my way to the pickup table and didn't see my order. I waited for another 5 minutes then asked one of the employees and she told me curtly they were backed up with orders. I waited another 10 minutes and I noticed people who had come in after me had received their orders. I then asked the same employee to check again on my order. She then told me, rather curtly again, that my order wasn't inputted into their system and that it will be 10-15 minutes for my order to be ready. No apology was offered and after more waiting, when my order was finally ready all she said was here's your order. During this entire time not one of the other employees asked if I needed assistance even though they saw me waiting for 45 minutes. I would also like to note that I had just came from the Starbucks that's a couple blocks away which was busy as well but I was able to order and receive it in less than 10 minutes. The service here is...

I cannot express enough gratitude to Fuel America for their unwavering support of Pawsitively 4 Pink. As the founder of this nonprofit, it's heartwarming to see a company like Fuel America always ready to step up and contribute to our cause. Their generosity in providing gift cards for our golf tournaments has made a significant difference in our fundraising efforts.

What truly sets Fuel America apart is their seamless willingness to support us. They never hesitate to assist, making it incredibly easy for us to approach them for help. I want to extend a special thank you to Shannon, whose dedication and warmth have not gone unnoticed. Shannon consistently remembers who we are and what we stand for, making her an invaluable asset to this location.

Fuel America Mercantile not only serves great coffee and food but also embodies the spirit of community support. Thank you once again for your outstanding generosity and exceptional service. We are proud to have your support in our mission to assist underserved women battling breast cancer.

Sincerely, Michelle Power Founder,...

I’ve reached my last straw with this place! It’s only a few minutes away from my apartment so I went here pretty often. They’ve gotten worse and worse over the past few months. My usual order is a bagel with cream cheese and iced coffee. Today I opened up the bag and discovered they didn’t put the cream cheese on the bagel for me. Okay…but they didn’t give me a knife. I was taking it home so it was fine, but what if I wasn’t? I got over this and was drinking my coffee when I felt something in my mouth. It didn’t seem like a small chunk of ice. I spit it out and it’s whatever is in the photo there. I don’t think it’s a piece of a coffee bean. I don’t know! Also, when I was in there last week there was what appeared to be an essential oil diffuser sitting next to the baked goods. Maybe it was a humidifier, I hope!

I heard great things about this place, so I tried it out, and it certainly did not live up to the hype. I came after 3 pm dur I ng the week. It wasn't busy. I ordered the avocado toast (online it has egg and leafy greens with pickled onions) The young lady who took my order went around to the back for some time while she was gone I noticed a toasted grain bread with egg and avocado sitting on the end of the toaster rack. When she came back, she took the avocado toast and packaged it. When I left the restaurant, I looked inside the box, and all I saw was lettuce. I took the lettuce off to reveal the egg and avocado on the slice of toast. There was no pickled onion or anything else as the menu describes. Very disappointed 😞

I can’t say I was impressed, but the coffee is solid, the place is clean, and service is quick. I got the farmer’s pan sandwich without cheese. I feel like it was pretty overpriced for what I ended up with. I basically paid for Sara Lee multigrain bread, a precooked egg, deli slices of ham and some spreads (roasted red pepper, sriracha, they forgot the pesto which is on the menu description). Not to mention the sriracha was just dolloped in the middle - soaked into the bread for a soggy bite. Whoever made it didn’t even bother spreading it I guess. For $8, I’d expect something more substantial, so I’d veer away from food here unless you’re getting a pastry!
