Justienne the manager of this brewing company is the epitome of incompetence. From my observations, it's clear that she has absolutely no idea what she’s doing, and their lack of leadership skills is reflected in every aspect of the establishment.
First and foremost, Justienne’s complete disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. Instead of ensuring that patrons have an enjoyable experience, she seems more interested in cutting corners and maximizing profits. It's abundantly clear that customer service is not a priority for this individual.
Furthermore, Justienne‘s lack of knowledge about beer is astonishing. It's as if she stumbled into the brewing industry by accident and decided to wing it. Her ignorance is reflected in the poor quality of the beer and the uninspired selection available. It's no wonder the brewing company's offerings are consistently subpar.
On top of all that, Justienne‘s leadership style leaves much to be desired. She exhibit little to no ability to motivate or inspire her staff, leading to a team that is disinterested and apathetic. It's no surprise that the service is slow and the atmosphere lacks any semblance of warmth or hospitality.
In conclusion, the manager of this brewing company is a liability rather than an asset. Her incompetence permeates every aspect of the establishment, resulting in an experience that is nothing short of a disaster. Save yourself the headache and patronize a business that is actually run by someone who knows what...
Read moreMan, as a southerner who really only has limited options for IPAs and craft beer, after spending 2 years up here in Massachusetts, greater good pulp daddy has become one of my favorite New England beers. I've tried a lot up here, and for the strength of the beer, and the taste, I love the beer.
I will say, the brewery itself is smaller (limited views from an outsider) than I expected for one of my favorite beer companies. It's still a nice environment and I have nothing bad to say about it, I guess I just expected such an amazing beer to have a massive brewery area similar to wachusset brewery. But it's was a relatively small area (albeit a nice area) from what I expected when I finally got a chance to go.
The staff was great, the IPAs are some of my absolute favorite (try the "pulp daddy x" if you enjoy the regular) and the food was also really good. A great experience and a place that deserves love.
Go check it out, I don't think anyone would regret it if you already have tried and...
Read moreHad a very poor customer service experience at Greater Good today. Have enjoyed this brewery and it’s product for a while and have stopped in many times. Today, not long after arriving, we waved at our server to indicate that we were ready for another round. She came over and immediately chastised us for waving to her, saying that there was no need to wave and that she would come over as part of her rounds. She was unnervingly and quite surprisingly aggressive and understandably we went to the bar to ask if we could possibly have a different server for the table. Instead the same server came back, informed us she was cutting us off, and then handed us the check. The manager did come over before we left to inquire what had happened, but no meaningful resolution was reached and we left shortly afterward. I doubt I’ll come back to the brewery and I certainly won’t be recommending it to my friends as I have in the past. Overall put a significant damper on...
