Food: I've always order their poke bowls and it's been pretty solid, super filling, which this time, it was to the brim. Loads of different options and topping to customize your bowl. Sometimes, it can be inconsistent depending on who was packing up the order but I still enjoy it nonetheless. I do like their span misubi, its not too saly but I think the spam is like a little thin for the portion of rice. I have tried thier other appetizers like the gyoza, tsunami fries which are good when they're freshly made but perhaps a little dry at other times. Milk teas are okay, I think it's because it's powder flavor tea, its not my favorite.
Service: Staff is friendly and quick on getting your order together.
Ambiance: It's a much smaller place with perhaps 6 seatings? It's cute inside but I wouldn't hang out for too long. It's more like you go inside, grab your food and head out kind of place
Location accommodation: Very limited parking on the street side, and it's in front of a interesting...
Read moreI placed an order of a few items to widely sample the menu, and everything averaged to be just okay. The tsunami fries were a hefty portion and the flavor was good, but the fries themselves were kind of hard and chewy. The "nachos but mine," wonton chips with toppings such as Kani salad, were good, but the portion was small. The chicken katsu sandwich was dry and without much flavor, and instead of standard milk bread, it seemed to be on toasted white Pullman bread. The tuna poke bowl fish and toppings were tasty, and the price and size were similar to the other main poke shops in the area, but the rice was a bit overdone, such that it was a pile of toppings on a wad of rice that couldn't be mixed. Some items were below three stars, and some were just above that, so an even three stars is the best I can give it. Maybe this was just an off day, but I...
Read moreThis place was really busy when we got there and still was busy when we left. This small place is a must go. Fair prices for really yummy fresh food. Pretty simple to order but you have quite a bit of variety to choose from. From beverages i.e. soy milk to boba drinks to smoothies, protein to crunchies (crunch toppings), your best bet is to look up the menu and decide prior or order online for pick up. Bar stool counters only to eat make it difficult to come in as a group as they have very limited seating and parking which is why I only gave this place a 4 star. Worth the trip though. A poke bowl is a must try though with a flavored boba to drink. You...
