This place is garbage. The drinks are extremely overpriced and the employees are unfriendly and not welcoming. I went in one morning and there was no one waiting on line. I walked up to the register and there were two girls behind the counter making drinks. I waited a full minute and still no one acknowledged me and said 'hello' or 'give me a second and I'll be right with you.' So I went up to one of them and asked if they were taking orders. The girl said 'what?' with the nastiest attitude. So I repeated myself. She said oh someone will be right with you, again, with an attitude. I 100% understand that you're busy and can't take orders right away, but at least say something when someone walks in and let them know that you'll be right with them. I have no issue waiting while you make drinks. A separate, slightly more pleasant, girl finally took my order. The cherry on top of this whole experience is that the banana cream latte I ordered was NINE DOLLARS. In a medium-sized cup. If you're going to charge beyond-Starbucks prices for mediocre drinks at least have some type of...
Read moreI like many others saw the viral video of the tiramisu latte - so my husband, my friend and I went to check it out for ourselves. The atmosphere is fine enough, a little sterile but my biggest gripe is the menu font on the screens behind the barista was insanely small. We could barely read it but thankfully we knew what we wanted anyways. Person taking the order was clearly overwhelmed by the crowd behind us but nice, she made our tiramisu lattes and they were delicious! Another issue is the food , there’s no numbers or names with the order so people who ordered the same things were getting their order taken and it caused people to have to wait a very long time. The bread for the avocado toast was delicious BUT sliced so unevenly that we couldn’t even pick it up because the area with the avocado was so thin. Overall would I go back? Maybe if I was in the area and felt like spending $45 for me and my husband to have great coffee and two pieces of toast. But truthfully...

Last month I asked for an iced coffee. Sure. Here you go. (That price seems high, but…)
Sure enough, cold brew.
Didn’t ask for a cold brew. Didn’t want to pay for a cold brew.
Went back a few days later, asked for an iced coffee. “I dont want cold brew, I want iced coffee.” “I can pour hot coffee over ice?” sigh Walked out with a cold brew, paid for the cold brew.
Finally, summer weather: “I don’t want a cold brew. I don’t like cold brew. I would like an iced coffee. Do you have that now?” “Sure! Iced coffee. Black?” “Yes thanks.” …Charged me the cold brew price.
Now, thank you, Ms. Barista, for understanding my consternation and altering the price make it a large drip coffee. I was absolutely unwilling to pay $1.25 extra for ice. But, man, come on. Cold brew is not the same thing and I don’t want it, and I certainly don’t want to pay for it, especially if I...
