I come to this store regularly. Regularly enough that staff at the counter know the orders of both my kids and myself. Over years I've never been so belittled by a member of the management staff as I have today. I have been making a simple observation that having all available sweeteners near iced tea is probably better than having mayonnaise, salt, and pepper there. I was verbally accosted in front of customers and staff. Told that if I need a specific sweetener I should a ask staff behind the counter. So I asked this gentleman since I'm walking with a cane right now, let's pretend I'm in a wheelchair. I have to navigate through customers or interrupt a busy employee to get something that should be readily available? Answer corporate told us to set it up this way, no they didn't. 1) if they had all stores would be that way. 2) I called.
A customer told this assistant manager that I was dealing with that I was on the phone with corporate to which he replied loudly enough for me to hear it, "I'm not worried. I called my manager, he won't be coming back here again."

Read morePanera Bread has the healthiest menu over other fast food restaurants. The cooks will adjust the ingredients in a menu item for people who have dietary restrictions. I have dairy allergies but they are not able to make it without dairy in most of their menu. It is a very clean restaurant with a nice decor. The restaurant caters mostly to the college students who are able to use the restaurant's Wi-Fi to work on their assignments while eating a healthy meal. I like the '2-for' deals on their menu which consists of getting a half portion of 2 menu items to give variety to a meal. They serve salads, soups, sandwiches, and a choice in beverages either hot or cold. Their menu changes with the seasons and there are secret items on the menu for which there is a pamphlet to describe the ingredients and nutritional information. Panera Bread also helps out with fundraising events by lowering the price for their catering menu. They also donate food to local charities. Panera Bread also sells bakery products such as breads and cookies and pastries. They also have a breakfast menu including bagels and...
Read moreThere was no one to help at the front (most likely due to helping another customer), and I and a friend were waiting for quite a while with three hungry children. I chose to use the kiosk (after seeing another customer who came in after me use it) to order our food. It wasn't as easy due to having to keep going back to find different sections and saying no to all the add-ons it kept asking about (one reason why I prefer dealing with a real person). We found a seat and the restaurant was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. Food came in good timing, and the kitchen called out my name clearly (as well as a text my order was ready). The half portion salad was more like a side salad of about a fluffy cup of lettuce (which makes one wonder what a fullbportion would be like for the cost). The bread was good and the mac and cheese for my guy was hot and he enjoyed it. It was the perfect...
