My weekend shopping experience was both satisfying and disatifying. I arrived with my catalogue, coupons, Hallmark rewards and gift list. No staff in sight, and The Paper Store G U E S T practice to meet, greet, welcome and assist customers was ignored. When I sought out help with merchandise or questions on coupon application I was treated in an abrupt, brusque offhandish manner. It was then apparent that it was self serve. As a loyal customer, I know Vera, Stonewall , other sections well and proceeded to maximize all discounts and offers that reduced my $300 total considerably. It was not busy, I helped a couple customers myself, and later counted 2 cashiers, and 5 others stocking shelves or in office. Picked up my wife's push present here around closing time. Ended up with a charm bracket, but the representative that helped me was very clearly not familiar with the jewellery section.
