Indulging in the waffle cone with dark chocolate custard at Andy's Frozen Custard was an absolute delight for my taste buds. As a fervent chocolate lover, I decided to keep it simple with two scoops of dark chocolate custard on a waffle cone, and it turned out to be an exquisite choice. The custard itself was a creamy masterpiece, surpassing my expectations. Its texture was incredibly smooth, and the richness of the dark chocolate flavor was nothing short of intense. Each spoonful was a luxurious experience, with the custard maintaining the perfect balance between smoothness and creaminess. It was not too soft or too firm, ensuring a velvety consistency that added to the overall satisfaction. The star of the show, however, was the waffle cone. Crispy, and carrying a subtle hint of sweetness, the cone elevated the entire experience to a new level. It served as a perfect vessel for the luscious dark chocolate custard, creating a symphony of flavors and textures with every bite. The combination was undeniably a match made in dessert heaven, where the creaminess of the custard melded seamlessly with the crispiness of the cone. The portion size was generous, and I appreciated that Andy's Frozen Custard didn't skimp on the amount of custard provided. The price was justified by the exceptional quality and quantity, making it a worthwhile indulgence. The service was quick and accompanied by friendly smiles, enhancing the overall positive experience. I wholeheartedly recommend trying the waffle cone with dark chocolate custard – it's an experience that will leave your taste buds dancing with joy.

If I can give it zero stars I would , it was our first time here. So we couldn’t decide what we wanted , we stayed back so we wouldn’t be in line. But either it was a bad day for the cashier or something. She kept yelling ,”Next one in line , Next one in line, Next one in line”. Obviously were not ready if we’re in back still reading the menu. So then we told her we weren’t ready and she gave us attitude. We weren’t even being Karen’s ! The last time we come here. Beware , y’all might get melted ice cream at the end like we did.

So I'm sorry to have to write this but I'm tired of it. An older white guy just came out with no mask on I walked in with my shirt over my face because I forgot my mask. She refused to serve me cause I had my shirt over my face. Meanwhile shes talking to me and there is a male employee standing no mask on eating ice cream talking to someone else. Instead of making a scene I went and got my mask. This type of nonsense has to stop. I love Andy's but treat all your customers the same 06/01/20 6:20pm

Indulging in the Triple Chocolate Concrete at Andy's Frozen Custard was nothing short of a celestial experience for my taste buds. From the first spoonful to the last, every bite was a symphony of rich, velvety chocolate goodness that left me craving for more.

The star of the show is undeniably the chocolate frozen custard itself, a masterpiece of creamy perfection that sets Andy's apart from the rest. It's not just ice cream; it's a divine blend of texture and flavor that elevates the frozen treat experience. The consistency is spot-on – smooth and luscious, with an intensity of chocolate flavor that is simply unparalleled.

What takes this dessert to another level is the ingenious addition of chocolate chip cookie dough. The chunks are generously scattered throughout, providing delightful pockets of chewy sweetness that complement the custard's richness. Each bite is a delightful dance between the velvety custard and the satisfying crunch of the cookie dough, creating a perfect harmony of textures.

To add an extra layer of decadence, the melted chocolate chips are drizzled throughout the concoction, creating a delicious contrast of warm and cool sensations. The result is a symphony of chocolatey bliss that keeps your taste buds engaged from start to finish.

Beyond the culinary marvel that is the Triple Chocolate Concrete, Andy's Frozen Custard impresses with its exceptional service. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience, making each visit memorable. Whether it's a scorching summer day or a snowy winter evening, Andy's dedication to staying open year-round, regardless of the weather, speaks volumes about their commitment to delivering frozen custard bliss whenever the craving strikes.

The atmosphere is inviting, and the attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the establishment. From the cheerful greetings at the counter to the impeccably clean surroundings, Andy's creates an ambiance that enhances the enjoyment of their delectable treats.

In conclusion, Andy's Triple Chocolate Concrete is a must-try for chocolate enthusiasts and frozen custard aficionados alike. The exceptional quality of the frozen custard, combined with the ingenious addition of chocolate chip cookie dough and melted chocolate, makes this dessert a true masterpiece. Add to that the outstanding service and the commitment to staying open year-round, and Andy's Frozen Custard has rightfully earned its place as a top-tier destination for indulging in frozen...

I'm a frequent & loyal customer of Andy's, especially this location. (I say loyal because I've introduced a lot of the people in my life to Andy's custard and they know it's my thing :) Normally, this place hits the spot, but lately I have had some poor experiences. Today is one of those days and I just feel the need to voice myself.

I arrived via drive-thru and an employee was standing outside in the rain taking orders. When it was my turn, I pulled up, exchanged awkward hellos, and began my order. Employee needed me to repeat my order a few times in order to get it correct. They offered to use my $5 reward but disputed with me that I did not have the Buy 2 Get 1 Caramel Apple reward on my account and basically told me that they couldn't see their tablet (because of the rain?), even though I showed them I had the coupon on my phone app. So eventually I asked if I could just check out at the window, which was fine. I'm not sure if the window employee gave me the correct coupon as I forgot to ask for a receipt but they did give me some sort of small discount (not sure if it equaled the same value as the coupon I had on my account). I do still see the available coupon on my phone app as I am writing this review. Anyway, after all that, they didn't make my order as requested so now I'm questioning if I paid for more toppings than I received, which all in itself is not a huge deal but tonight's experience leaves me feeling bitter and just comes down to I paid x dollars for a thing so I should have gotten that thing.

I was also there earlier this week within 15 minutes of closing time and noticed that my cup was not quite as filled as it normally is, which I noticed does tend to happen if I place an order closer to closing time at this location.

Another time over this past summer I was accused by an employee of cutting in line (long story) when they didn't witness what happened and took another customer's word for it. When I tried explaining the misunderstanding they wouldn't hear it and kept telling me it's not allowed and to drive to the back of the line.

I still enjoy Andy's custard and thankfully I have had no unpleasant experiences at any of the other locations I've visited, but going to get my favorite treat at the location nearest to me has now caused me some anxiety and I may not continue to spend as much money with...
