chili’s on 95th and Evergreen Park. We glad to have you and our community in the south west part of 95th but the service it sucks. managers, standing or sitting chatting wow customers are waited to be seated. One waiter on the floor. Six tables are being used. 12 tables are empty. I asked the host to speak with the manager. She came over maybe five or six minutes after the host went in and asked that customer want to talk with her, and I proceeded to explain, why is it that people are standing around Horse in the doorway these are employees and managers are over there just chatting after I noticed it was the manager over there Chatty I say well those ladies been over there talking for sometime so on other hand when the manager came over, explain to her about the wait I said I have been short of staff waitress. I’ve been a manager and I’ve been a host I said that , this management sucks I said because you don’t have employees you got three managers sitting around and employees playing tag to each other. When management is part of the property to make sure everybody is happy all managers are suppose the role of their sleeve as well when you know you short , you need to get out there help your employees that’s part of management job you guys are not doing it so I don’t want to hear that you’re short while you guys are over there chatting and people are waiting to be seated or be waiting on, so I feel like management sucks the gentleman that wait on it. Wait on Us. He was a nice guy, but he was overwork. I don’t know how much to get paid but the service was bad as far as the food we waited maybe 20 minutes or more and when it came out, it was cold the food was cold. The chicken was cold. I refuse to eat it. I gave it to the homeless. I didn’t throw it away cause things are hard time, when the check came, we were overcharged and I still tipped the waiter because it wasn’t his fault. I blame higher up as they say it down the hill. It roll down the hill now we’re not my plane is as far as not telling you how to run things, but a CEO district manager need to spend more time in their district and it’s not being done because if you spend a couple of times couple of time a week in your store and have production is doing you can make money managers training train is not being done in that store, because no manager should be sitting having a conversation just sitting around chatting well people are just standing and waiting to be seated or to be served again CEO district manager needs to come out to that store and spend more time in the store and see how operation is going and maybe it’ll be a better Chili’s or maybe you’ll make more money or maybe you’ll get a very much happy customers than a three star, and again, thank you for giving me the opportunity to explain myself and hoping that you...
Read moreThis was the worst experience I have ever had given the fact that I enjoy Chili’s. I had never been to location and from the moment I entered it was bad vibes. Me and three of my sisters attend Sunday 5:30pm and upon entry we stood waiting for a rep to approach the desk. After 2-3 minutes she did and we were put on a 20 minute waitlist. Which was fine we waited at the bar. We had drinks while waiting and closed our tab after our second table was ready. All the current staff were women and had a discussion in our face about how we were not suppose to have drinks at the bar while waiting to be seated. It was really weird because we were right there. We were seated and made aware there was no fajitas or no ribs while wait at the bar so we started off with burnt Queso dip and the waiter told us it was the bottom of the pots left only. We had regular salsa. The waiter’s appearance was not real. The young girls had their shirts tied up to show the belly. After seeing one person accommodated for an item they no longer had I decided I wanted to do the same thing. My waiter advised his manager said no. I asked a reasoning and there was not one given. I then decided not to have dinner just another drink the be served my drink with food stuck in the ice inside my drink. My friends ordered pasta that’s was brought out still frozen and the waiter said it’s prepared from a bag. We decided not to eat and asked for all bill to then be over charged . After waiting for a manger for 30 minutes we got a refund and just left. The young staff sat around we got water once after asking twice and being there 3 hours for nothing. This was the worst if I could give zero...
Read moreThe experience here was horrible. We ordered drinks and an appetizers to start. Our waiter stated he would be back in 5 minutes to get our order. After about 25 minutes we had to stop him to take our order. The spinach dip was burnt. It was terrible. We had to ask about our order after an hour and 5 minutes later our order finally came. My daughter's nachos looked like burnt frozen pizza & the steak on it was gummy. My Cajun pasta had Cajun seasoning sprinkled on top of it & the chicken looked microwaved instead of grilled & they forgot my bread & never brought me utensils to eat the food. I waited over 20 minutes for a fork. The pasta was soggy and it tasted horrible. My nieces fries were still partially frozen & she never received her soup. My other daughters food was burnt & they brought her a tray with cheese and sour cream and an empty dip cup that was supposed to have salsa & never brought the guacamole. The waiter never asked if we were ok or needed refills or anything. I asked for the manager and told her how terrible everything was & she asked if she could have our order remade. After 2 hours I just wanted to leave. I didn't want anything. We left without paying and the customer on the next table was also waiting for the manager because she had been there over an hour & had only received chips and salsa. I've had Chili's in Niles & it was amazing. I loved it. This Chili's is giving the restaurant chain a really bad image. They need a whole new staff including the chef. This is one of the worst places I have ever went to eat. I will never ever go there again and I will warn others not to go as well. It...
