I just spent 30 minutes there in the freezing cold lobby sitting on that wooden bench. Here is what's going on:
Jan 28 2019 - 14 degrees outside - 4:20 pm
They are under staffed. 1 lady was working there. She was making pizza, answering the phone and looking at the order screen to the best of her ability, but there is no way 1 person can run a Domino's.
Food safety laws being broken: Improper food handling can lead to the spread of dangerous germs, and bacteria. The lady was not wearing a hair net. Her hair was all over hear head. Hair can create both a physical and biological hazard. If a customer finds a hair in their food, they are less likely to return to your establishment.
Employee hygiene: She was visibly dirty, especially her shirt and her hair. Gross.
Food safety laws being broken: She was wearing fake long unhygienic light green nails. She was making the food with her bare hands and she did not wash her hands. She touched all the food, then kept touching the phone, then kept touching the computer keyboard then went back to touching the food with her bare hands. She contaminated all the food by transferring the germs from the phone and the keyboard directly to the pizzas. Fingernails can easily trap dirt and pathogens. If a food worker chooses to wear nail polish or artificial nails, gloves must be worn whenever they are working with food. This will help prevent the nail polish from chipping or an artificial nail from falling into the food.
1 driver. She kept telling customers who called at 4:30 pm that her driver was gone and the soonest their pizza would be delivered was 7 pm. They are extremely short-staffed.

Read moreI have ordered from this location for over 10 years and never had any issues. Fast-forward to last night. We placed an order for cheesy bread no peppers and a medium pizza. They oy got a 1 because my kid liked her pizza. But the cheese bread was horrible le! First it arrived extra late due to delivery issues almost 2 hours, may I add. When I got the cheesey bread first look, it was burnt, second look was the lack of cheese in it. It also was sunk in in the iddle made almost flat. I pulled a piece off to see, and as I thought very little cheese was there mainly the dough portion. I called the store because I was extremely unhappy with my food. Basically I was told that they put the right amount of cheese in it. He said its just a sprinkle of cheese. How in the world do you make that with just a sprinkle of cheese??????That the numerous times over 10 years was being made wrong.... Now its made right i was astonished at that response. When you pull it apart there's no cheese that comes out gooey nd good. You have to seriously look for it. What a waste of money and time.. It was inedible so i threw it in the trash .I will never ever go there again. They have lost a customer. Sorry for the long read, but I didn't want any one else's experience to be the same as mine when ordering cheesey bread from them. Please check...
Read moreI am VERY disappointed in your establishment! My most recent visit was not pleasant at all! I traveled way out of my way to come to this particular location. My friend and I came in to place two orders. He placed his first. While he was ordering, I was trying to decide which pizza I wanted. I stepped up to the counter, and the cashier walked away. There were four employees total in plain sight, two of which were BOTH sweeping up the smallest pile of dirt I have ever seen, TOGETHER! I didn't understand why that took two people to complete. One was preparing pizzas, that's understandable, but the employee that took my friend's order was running around like the place was super-crowded. (Note: it was just the two of us customers in the store). I asked three times can I place an order while she was in my view and in earshot and she completely ignored me! All I could say was "WOW!" and I left the store very angry!
Overall, I really do like and enjoy Domino's pizza, but if they have employees that conduct themselves, and YOUR BUSINESS in this matter, I will definitely go elsewhere for pizza. PAPA JOHN'S is looking...
