Dunkin' — Restaurant in Worth Township

Do Not get your breakfast on the go here. The very 1st time I order I was “offered” cheese with my Avacado toast and they automatically gave it to me with tomatoes. The second time I ordered I got what you see in the 1st picture.

Today (the 3rd time I ordered) they explained there were a few different Avacado toasts in which I ordered the same way as the 1st time I tried it. Avacado toast with tomatoes and ADD cheese. The 2nd pic is what I received. After having had called back and explaining to the manager how my food came he explained there was no protocol on how to add the cheese to an Avacado toast and next time to just mention it so they can make it with it melted. He didn’t even give me the option of bringing it back to make things right. Tried to eat it without the cheese and the toast and tomatoes themselves...

I have never experienced this level of rude customer service at DD. They were not patient or helpful. I placed my order online for a regular hot coffe (nothing special or time consuming) at the wrong location once the employee realized it he was very dismissive. I asked can it just be made here or I pay for a new one. He said no because it's a different owner than Kedzie. Before I could repeat what I said because I thought he may have mis heard me he turned his back threw his hands up and went on to something else. I left and said I will never order from them again and went to get Starbucks in the same lot because I had to be back at the hospital for work. I am sure to tell all staff I work with that this location is rude if they don't care how they treat you in person how can you trust them with your...

Ruined my morning. I get the same thing with every Dunkin Donuts I go to. Unsweetened French vanilla ice coffee with creme and sugar, hash browns, and a chicken and bacon on a chiabata(don't know how to spell it 🤷🏽‍♀️) so I know I don't order slow because I know what I want. The black girl with an attitude takes my order. Don't get offended I'm black. I just want to make it clear I could tell she was black from her voice and she had an attitude. She didn't even let me get my order out before she started saying "is that it?" Then when I get to the window they hand me a hot coffee. I correct the cashier and then I hear the rude chicka in the back, and I quote say "She ain't say no ice coffee" .... then my ice coffee tasted like a cup of sugar. My food was basically burnt 🙄...
