Ordered a 6 piece chicken with an extra side of fries. Pros: Nice location, Crispy chicken Cons: Very tight space when crowded. Asked for chicken and fries to be seasoned with lemon pepper and it was not. The mild sauce was flat, unsweet, almost vinegar taste, not the usual found at historically African American mom and pop locations. Stingy with mild sauce, only top layer of food got sauce after that it was dry. Employees are not from the culture, the lady calling orders was short with customers, especially the senior citizens. When customers asked if all they requested was included with their food, she said "I don't know what you had" but she was the one putting the mild sauce, requested seasoning, and handing out the orders.

The first time I bought from here, shortly after they opened the Food was seasoned well, not stingy with the sauce. Service very friendly and efficient. Wings were a bit pricey 6 wings for $14. Gizzards reasonably priced. My number one go to! Ffwd to almost two months later to today, I ordered the same thing. But they didn't put any lemon pepper as requested and was STINGY with the sauce. Very disappointing for the price and because it was early and not busy when I placed my order. I won't be back and I do not recommend this location--what a shame!

Chicken was refried ,was not informed that it was a up charge if you use a credit card on your orders, then they charge that extra 3 % when using a credit card ,I have never been to a Harold’s Chicken Restaurant that charges an up charge on orders when using a credit card ,so my friend cash purchase was 17.87 and mines was 19.00 with my credit card purchase same order , overall I had to try this new location because of the franchise

Tried this restaurant for the first time and ordered a 4 piece wing. I ordered it at 2:37 and received it at 3:13. I’m seeing people come and go getting their food and not once did they realize that I was standing there. I was EXTREMELY patient.I asked that lady about my food and it took them 2 min to tell me that my order got lost. She gave me a free soda as an apology. I just knew the food was gone be good because of the wait but no. I ate partial of the food and loss appetite. My stomach began to hurt and the rest is history. It’s a no for me! I tried! Spent about $55 trying this new location. A bit pricier than other locations. Cashier didn't take order correctly. While waiting for my food the cashier & person baging switched places. I checked my order on the table in the store and found that she forgot to put the cole slaw in the bag and when I went to inform them the other cashier made sure to ask the other one even though I had just told her it was missed. Didn't care for that interaction, not trying to steal cole slaw or get over on anyone and that's how I was made to feel.
