Usually pretty good but this time around they didn’t give my gram and my wife their sandwiches correctly. When asked about it the lady responded I personally packed that order so I know it was correct”, But it wasn’t. and said oh well because they can’t drive to show the food to them. The food was packed weirdly, As well. We should be able to trust that the food is correct and not have to look at other half of the sandwich split and not properly put together. One half for her and her gram in the same bag and the other bag the same. . It didn’t have pickle on one and asked for no lettuce on one. Made wrong but the manager insists it was. Didn’t get the extra sauces either. My wife can’t have onions because it creates acid which causes heart burn for her. She has a condition.
Please read the notes. That’s good service. Good customer service is giving what the customer asks for and wants on their food.also very rude on phone from the start. The manager claims she did the sandwiches and claims that they were absolutely correct. My wife Asked for one with no onion and it had onion. The other one was bone dry. No oil on the side. Had lettuce where it wasn’t supposed to.My whole family got upset over it because of this. They had ordered it for delivery. The policy should offer exceptions for people with disabilities and seniors. Also didn’t know it was gonna be through door dash otherwise we would have ordered through uber eats so when it’s wrong it can get either refunded or fixed. Just overall very sad experience this time and hope that Jersey does better in the future. Also it’s bad form to call a customer a liar. Read moreI’ve been to this location twice in one month. I decided to check the reviews before going the first time, and looked past the low rated reviews because it’s my first time ever having Jersey mikes and it’s closest to me. My first experience was not the best. All but one employee were being fairly passive aggressive and I’m sure one of them was the manager. They mixed up my order and because I realized and said something, they fixed it. That was not the only issue but I just let it go because I work in the service industry also and want to give as much grace as I can.
I came back for the second time this week and was left even more disappointed than the first time. I got three sandwiches; the girl in the middle was making one and again she almost got my sandwich wrong right in front of my face. The person I was with had to say something and she tried to pretend like she wasn’t wrapping an half made sandwich in the first place. I move on and finally pay, the cashier was alright (I won’t complain about someone doing just their job). We wait for the rest of our sandwiches and the manager brings them to us, she’s kind of smug and just as passive aggressive as the first time. We get home and what do you know? Our last two sandwiches mixed up with someone else’s. I would say we could have checked them before leaving, but no. Why is that already practically a regular occurrence?

Read moreCalled multiple times before 8:30 and no answer. Back door was locked, I knocked and walked to the front. Female ran to the front door to lock it quickly as I walked around to the front. I stated that it was not 9pm yet she still tried to lock the door. She stated that everything was closed down. I asked for a manager and Mark first stated that he was the manager. Mark stated that the bread was stale. I asked if I could feel it and he said sure, but didn’t let me feel it because he was not being truthful. He then went to say that the grill was turned off at 8:30 as instructed by the manager Jasmine. I informed him that I called multiple times prior to 8:30 and he stated that they were busy. There were 5 employees present and no one answered the phone. I have never experienced this at Jersey Mike’s before. I lived in Houston 6 years and would go all the time. It’s unfortunate that I move back to my home city and have to experience this. I was trying to order my birthday sub in addition to 2 more giant subs.
