I would have loved to rate my experience as a 5-star experience, but my order was missing a few items and the crappy customer service I received when I spoke to an employee about it. First, I ordered 2 of the 6-tender meals with an extra bread, an extra fry and an extra sauce. Once we arrived home, I noticed one of the meals only had five tenders and was missing the extra bread and fries. My partner called the restaurant and reported the issue and was told they were sure the order was correct when the "packed" it; however, if we're sure we're missing something simply bring the order back to either get a refund or a replacement. Obviously, that sounded crazy, who's driving all the way back to the restaurant once they've driven home. Especially, if you do not stay in the area.
I got on the phone and asked for the person's name and the manager, the person on the phone provided neither and hung up. We attempted to call back, but no one answered. My family ate what we had, and it was delicious, but I did go back to the restaurant the next day to speak to a manager. When I arrived, I was told they had no record of anyone complaining or calling the day before. I explained everything and was told unfortunately because I did not have the receipt, they could not do anything. I explained my presence was simply to get answers regarding who answered the phone and hung up in my face, and to ensure this didn't happened again. I did want my refund for the items I paid for but didn't receive, but I was not going to make a huge ordeal about seeking reimbursement that may have amounted to less than $6.00. My family and I have chosen to purchase from the new Cane's in Crestwood. They have...
Read moreRaising Cane’s has become a major nuisance for the community. Their late-night hours and incessant music playing in the drive-thru until 2 a.m. and later have caused significant disruptions. When I politely requested them to lower the volume, they rudely hung up on me. Upon calling them again, they claimed that corporate had the authority to control the music level and that they couldn’t do anything about it.
The staff at this location lacks basic people skills and exhibits laziness, indifference, and selfishness. The food quality is also highly overrated. The children working here are ill-equipped to communicate effectively, solve problems, or handle issues. When I reach out to corporate, they seem clueless and lifeless regarding these concerns.
Overall, Raising Cane’s is a dumpster fire: overpriced, dirty, and employs individuals who I'm surprised can find the bathroom or tie their shoes without written instructions.
Their prices have gone up while the quality of their food has gone down, including the size of their chicken. Between the childish customer service, loud music, and bad food, you’d be wise to avoid this place at all costs. The worst part of all is the nonexistent customer service.
They are lazy, indifferent, uninterested, and unmotivated. I’m not surprised because management has no spine and no idea how to deal with customers. They just go into hiding.
It's a sad...
Read moreI've heard people rave about this chain...I don't get it. I went in expecting there to be some kind of variety, different flavors like a wing joint or something. Marinated, or spiced breading, or tossed in sauce or some kind of dry rub. SOMETHING.
They serve one entree item: chicken fingers, which come in one flavor: chicken-flavored. Completely unseasoned. Covered in that really light, flakey sort of breading that gets soggy within a few minutes. I had to take it home and hit it generously with lemon pepper for it to taste like something.
The fries were unremarkable, the same frozen crinkle-cuts you can get at a thousand other places. Took unusually long to get the order, a few people who ordered after me got their food first. I ordered the Cainiac combo, which is just six chicken fingers, fries and a slice of garlic bread. Nothing that seemed like it should've taken that long.
Was the garlic bread the holdup? I'll admit it was the most palatable part of the meal, a thick slice of light and fluffy bread with some sesame seeds, lightly garliced and toasted. Wouldn't say it was enough to salvage...
