Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Worth Township

This was my first time visiting this location and definitely my last. I typically will purchase bundt cakes from the pop ups at my job or in the farther south suburbs. I happened to be in the area and stopped by this location. The associate Nicole was consulted due to a question regarding the punch reward card. Her response was very curt and quite frankly rude. I’m not an employee of their facility or part of the franchise so their policy and formalities are unknown to me. An explanation of the process instead of loud barking response would have been helpful and appreciated. Her behavior was so poor that the cashier even apologized on her behalf. Initially my thought was I’ll never patronize this company again but she was so persistent to mention it’s a separate franchise from “the others” that I decided to just review their poor behavior, inform others, and spend my money at a location that values all customers not just the ones with in their market. October 8,2022 I had this location 10912 s.cicero deliver my cakes to my wedding location. They were suppose to delivered at 4pm, instead they delivered at 2pm which allow other people to play and my cake. If I ask for 4pm why would they delivered earlier. My red velvet cake was play n due to it being delivered earlier. Next time u agree to a delivered time follow that time only. I return my cake stands yesterday I was told on the phone there was a refund coming back to me for the stands. When I arrive there the supervisor act like I was telling a story. Don't buy from this location. They are very unprofessional and inconsiderate to your feelings and what they did there was no apology offered it was a statement of oh that's odd the CEO wouldn't have done that so she tried to make it seem like I had lied and this is the manager by the way that I spoke to...

I want to say that I am very impressed and appreciative of the workers here at this store. I work for a non profit organization and I emailed this store asking for a cake donation, they happily offered it to me. Today was my event and I was running terribly late so I called and spoke with someone and he said they'd only be there about 15-20 mins after closing and I could pick up the cakes tomorrow. But I needed it for my event today, so I called again and one do the very nice workers sensed the panic in my voice and had Abby the manager speak with me and she said she'd wait for me as long as I got there before 6. I got there at 5:57 and she came out and gave it to me!!! They're all rockstars here and I'm so thankful at how they handled this and were basically lifesavers! Thank you!
