Their website features parties. We had a group of 23 for which we made an advance reservation. When we got there, the staff did not know we were coming. We were able to get seated and order but the service was poor. They only checked on us occasionally to fill drink orders and it took over 2 hours for everyone to get their food. Good service would have check in frequently, provided updates on our food and even provided some free appetizers to tide us over. They did give us 10% off our bill but that seemed like nothing after hours of waiting. Therefore, we tipped low but then we heard the staff comment on the low tip as we were leaving. They did nothing above and beyond that deserved a good tip. It was a long evening of waiting and less than interested wait staff. Good service deserves a good tip. Poor service does not and this service was poor, especially considering it was the restaurant that messed up our reservation. I went here last night for the first time and I can confidently say I will never return. This place has the worst customer service ever. I sat at a table with two other people and the bartender was our server. We never got a drink menu so had to look online for a tap list, she was quick to walk away if one of us said we were okay even though someone else needed something. Her interactions were basically “Are you ready?” Or “Do you know what you want?” We ordered some appetizers to share and she attempted to take our plates away before we were even done (and it was clear we weren’t done). The El pastor tacos were spot on. Surprisingly topped with diced green pepper along usual. The peppers really added a freshness to the earthy pork.

The shareable nachos (we had steak on top)... go for the baked chihuahua cheese, keeps the fresh home-made chips crispy.

Yes, that's right, homemade fried flour tortilla chips.... light, crispy, and crumbly... that was the star of the show today. Varied beer selection, something for everyone.

I much prefer this place over the larger place next door. The food here is waaay better than the brew....
