I'm always looking for a new establishment to visit. Search on Google and through the reviews photos and so on like millions of other people. Everyone has their own taste and a review can only be written on the day you go there. The staff can be on point, just have an off day or just terrible period. It just all depends on the day and how you react with people.
The decor of the place was general, nothing really stood out. Seating area was wide open and nice to not be crowded in manner of sitting too close to other people. Relaxing music in the background. I happen to be there with 5 other patrons. I could eat in peace somewhat. You can tell by my video how loud one group of people were, but beyond control of public restaurant . Service was decent, wasn't horrible. It was in spurts of good services and periods of lacking due to workers chatting amongst themselves and apparently one of the customers must be employed there. Just saw them chatting alot and them going behind the employee area. When asked for items I did get them in a timely manner. There was no rush in order so made it nice and relaxed to be able to look through the menu and choose my order without feeling rushed.
I chose my usual order of Bành Mi Sandwich and decided to go with their premium noodle pho with meatballs, tendon, sliced beef and tripe or my go to combination. I have recommend you have it served in the traditional stone bowl. Warning though, this bowl is piping hot, it is literally boiling and was boiling almost the whole time I was eating it. Just be careful not to spill on yourself. They didn't warn me that it was very hot. You can physically just see how hot the bowl of pho broth was. Took a few minutes for it to cool down after infusing the cold bean sprouts, lime, jalapeños and mint leaf. The premium noodles come on a separate plate that is boiled separately which I was was confused at first, but after you put in broth and you stir the noodles around it actually was good and worth the extra charge. It was a very good bowl of pho. I even finished the broth entirely. The sandwich came shortly after. This was a very good sandwich. Pretty authentic tasting Vietnamese Bành Mi sandwich. Cleanliness of the place was pretty good overall. Only complaint is the condiments containers could use some cleaning or just replaced with new ones. Kinda grossed me out just looking at them. Hopefully they are replaced when I drop in again. I really didn't have high expectations when I came in, but really glad I stopped because the pho I ordered was one of the most unique ones I have ever had. It was also one of the best bowl of pho I have ever had. I definitely recommend anyone to try this place. Work out some minor details and I definitely will return for another visit when I'm in this area again. Price point is fair compared to other Pho...
Read moreOnly reason I give this place a 5 stars is so You guys can read this rating,Horrible costumer service from the male cashier, the waiter and the manager..to begin with when we got to the door there was a sign by the side walk that said Grand Opening and one that said they had a special of $13.99 pho noodle soup with a side of egg rolls and a drink, when I got to the cashier they said they didn't had that no more so I asked why they still had the sign up then ,and his answer was cause they were very busy and had no time to take it inside, so I asked from what time to what time they had that special and he said the time varies, and then he said we would have to ask the manager and came back and give me a time, I order 3 soups of $19.99(#201) I believe they called it Premium, 4 $13.99 beef soups (#203), 2 $7 kids small beef soups for kids(#602) 3 Orders of Spring roll (#101) of $4.99 each, and 8 drinks which they called pick one $4.25 each which we wanted with tapioca and we were told it was a $1 extra per drink, so we were seated and they didn't give us napkins nor utensils, also our noodles started coming out Cold and No drinks yet, we got the 3 big Noodles soups and 2 regular beefs and my two teenagers and my two younger kids had to wait for a long time so they could bring them their food, we kept asking them for their noodles and the spring rolls, we all finished eating and the kids soup had just arrived, I ones again asked them for my spring rolls I had already paid for when we entered, they brought me egg rolls instead when I had ordered spring rolls, so I told the waiter to cancel them and to refund me my money and the waiter went away and came back with the spring rolls and told me either I took them or left them but they weren't going to refund me the money ,I told the waiter to call the manager cause I wanted to have a word with him, he left and came back saying she had no time to come and talk to me and she would refund me my money for the spring rolls if I wanted, I said I wanted to talk to the manager to tell her all that had went wrong with our visit, At that moment I didn't wanted no money back but to be heard, she never came, we asked for to go containers and took our cold noodles we never got to enjoy cause of the bad costumer service we got. I've been a waitress back in El Paso Tx and Chicago also for a long time, I kno to understand, but also know how service should be give, I had already tip the waiter ahead of time when we entered cause thats the way they doing it , I guess cause of the...
Read moreIf you're a pho lover like I am, then you absolutely need to check out this gem! From the moment you walk in, the warm and inviting atmosphere wraps around you, setting the stage for a delightful culinary experience.
The pho here is nothing short of exceptional. The broth is rich and flavorful, with just the right balance of spices that warms you from the inside out. It's clear that they take their time to craft the broth, as it has a depth of flavor that you can only achieve through hours of simmering. Each sip is a comforting embrace, making it the perfect dish for any occasion.
The noodles are perfectly cooked—tender yet with a satisfying chew. They soak up the broth beautifully, ensuring that every bite is packed with flavor. The generous portions of fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and lime add a refreshing crunch and brightness that elevate the dish even further. I love customizing my bowl with extra basil and chili for that perfect kick!
The protein options are plentiful, and I often find myself torn between the tender brisket and the succulent meatballs. Both are fantastic, but the brisket melts in your mouth and adds a richness that is hard to resist.
Service is always friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. Whether you're dining in or taking out, the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience.
In summary, if you’re looking for the best pho in town, look no further. This place has stolen my heart (and my taste buds) with its delicious, authentic pho that keeps me coming back for more. Highly...
