Dunkin' — Restaurant in Wrentham

I love Dunkin donuts, but the service here is horrendous. When I say service, I mean Lori/Laurie specifically (older, blonde hair-usually wears in a pony tail, works mostly mornings) I have been here 3 times. 2 of them Lori waited on me. She was awful in every sense of the word. She talked down to me, was rude, snippy, rolling her eyes, then as soon as I get my coffee to leave she starts talking about me. I'm at the Mobil counter and can hear every word shes saying. When I confronted her she said she wasn't talking about me (I mean when there's no one else in the store and she says "see, that's the girl I was telling you about...." clearly that's not about me) but then proceeds to threaten me and says "just you wait, I'm telling my manager you're harassing me, just you wait until she gets here, come back in an hour, you'll see!" I've been there 3 times in 4 months, and even though this location is more convienent for me I avoid it because of her nasty attitude. I guess because I like my coffee a certain way, that is harassment in her book. I work in customer service, and have always been management...If she worked with me She would of been fired a long time ago for treating anybody, let alone a customer. I have no clue what I did to deserve this nasty behavior, and to be bullied 1st thing in the morning before I even...

As a resident, this location would be the most convienent to go to, yet I always go up an exit, or to the one in the center of town because the service here is the worst. Every once in a while when I am short on time I will try them again, and it is always just bad. Today was no different. Order ahead on app as I get off 95 onto 495. Go inside and wait at the pick up area. Two girls working drive thru, keep looking over at me and never say a word. They were not even busy. The third girl is at the counter the whole time talking to who I assumed were customers. After about 5 min, I realize they are just friends visiting here. So I go over, which is only 5 ft away, and she immediately asks me as I approach if I was a mobile order, which she had with her behind the counter the whole time I am there. This is pretty much how it goes each time I try going there. Officially done...

If I could give ZERO stars, I most certainly would. Horrible, managed by teenage degenerates who have anger displacement, verbally state that they hate their job and want to go home, are rude, cannot handle being busy by constantly stating how short staffed they are, and lack human decency and kindness. I listened to them for 35 min while I waited for my food. I thought it was going to be a quick bite before getting back on the road. I asked myself why I waited there that long and I honestly don't know. I should've walked out without my food. My time waiting was definitely not taken into consideration. No apologies, just excuses and nastiness. On a positive note, the Pizzeria Uno is right next door and they have awesome, kind, and courteous staff!...
