Captain's — Restaurant in Wyandotte

What could have been a great experience turned out to be the worst of the bars we headed to. It was a beautiful day out on Sunday so we went to Captains because we usually have a great experience and a good staff on hand there. We say in the back outside close to the bar and an older lady who I had never seen before was bartending. They had live music which was great and a good atmosphere. However; we waited 20 minutes for our drink order to be taken (wasn't that busy might I add) and then she NEVER came back to tale our order again. We wanted to eat and drink and we never got to eat because she never returned. So we had our one drink and got so tired of waiting for her that we decided to tab out. It was seriously like she went out of her way to ignore us and she had to pass us EVERY SINGLE TIME to go to the tables behind us. We went to the bar to pay our tab and that even took forever! She messed up 2 other patrons bills I noticed because one of them was billed twice and another I couldn't hear what happened. They I'm sure had a big issue with her not just because of the bill but something else because they had one drink and left as well. I usually have a great experience but this particular visit was horrible.

So anyways we tabbed out and headed to the inside to try our luck inside. AGAIN nobody came and served us. Apparently the servers were to busy having their own conversation on the other half of the bar and nobody felt like working. Such a BAAAAAD...

Took a couple friends into captains for a quick drink Yesterday it started off very mid because this place has a terrible aesthetic and patrons and staff have never seen girls with tattoos & a long haired man. At the end of my drink, I realized my drinking glass, had a chip in it and wanted to inform the Barkeep that she should dispose of this glass For future customers sake, Mind you I was also attempting to cash out my tab the Barkeep Proceeded to ignore my polite attempts to get her attention, This proceeded to go on for so long that I gave up on letting her know the glass was chipped and a friend had to pay for my drink with cash so we could leave, On the way out some Elmer Fudd beer belly looking boomer with gray hair blurts out keep it moving troublemaker! to me so I ask him is there an issue he proceeds to say yes "I saw you taking photos of your cup. You drank your whole drink before you decided to complain taking photos of your glass" so obviously this weirdo was eavesdropping the whole time so I confront him back as I was not scared of this dude at all and he backed down. Completely unprofessional environment the more I think about this guy who confronted me, he could possibly be the owner or the barkeepers husband Because in no situation should this random guy have been so defensive about a photo of a chipped glass & simple mistake that should never happen if you run a well kept clean and...

I did not have a very good experience the bartender Jen checked my I’d she looked at it and stilled didn’t not believe it was me so than she checks it with app I doint and I was in Thier the other day Debbie was pretty good this was just couple days before Jen horrible. And I was in few days before that bouncer checked my I’d it’s was good but you guys really need to get more informed workers. This first time that someone took my id scanned it and put in chip for all I know she could steal my identity. And than she said she give me cheaper burger captain bulgur for 6 she charged me the 12 price. I do not know who you guys hire or how you guys hire but stop hiring but should do background check on who you hire and what does that mean you checking my id.
