First off, let’s start off with my missing item. As pictured below, you see an empty compartment. Thats where the “extra” corn I ordered was supposed to go.
We noticed we had a “free extra protein”, and thought great.. we will use this on my husbands STEAK bowl. Second problem? They gave him chicken and not steak at all. They literally saw the “extra protein” knowing steak costs more, and gave him all chicken on purpose as if this is taken personally out of their paychecks. That is petty.
My quesadilla was also chicken when it was supposed to be 1/2 Barbacoa and 1/2 steak.
I don’t care if it’s “all they had left”. They did not say one word to us. We would have canceled the order, because why would we pay extra for chicken?
We were at the Rowlett Walmart which is literally down the road from the Rowlett Chipotle but drove to the Wylie Chipotle location instead, hoping we would get better service since the Chipotle in Rowlett sucks too.
We are done giving Chipotle our money. I’m sick of the sucky food, sucky staff and the overall attitude of the staff as well. They either can’t read, can’t do their job or act like asking for condiments or steak comes out of their personal checks. If you hate your job that much and can’t do it right, find a new one instead of taking it out on the customers.
I tried talking to a rep, but only get “Pepper” that just added a free small drink to my account. That doesn’t make up for the extra $5+ we spent on steak, and the “free” double protein we didn’t even get. This company is trash. We’ve been to all Garland, Mesquite, Rowlett, Rockwall, Plano and Richardson locations at this point giving them chance after chance. Now Wylie is the same. It’s a shame. Read moreWe went here today for lunch, I had my 3 children and myself, and was waiting for my husband to meet me there to dine in the restaurant before taking my daughters to hunt Easter eggs after. We ordered our food and then a rude employee starts telling me how if we are going to have this big of an order we need to order it online and go through the chipotlane. Mind you- no one else was in line and maybe 2 other people were in the store when we were ordering- it was NOT busy at all. I told her it was not a to go order and we were eating it here. She then doubled down not once but twice and I said that why would I order it to go through the drive through to come inside and eat and she said it’s just common courtesy 2 other times. I went to talk to the manager and he said oh I didn’t know- I’ll talk to her. Not even an apology. What? How does that even make sense. I won’t be going here anymore. Chipotle do better. And hire less rude people. Idk what the problem was but it’s no different than having 5 people in line who want to eat in the store. Are we just telling everyone that they have to order online now? Make it make sense? Be prepared if you have a family that wants to eat inside Chipotle for them to be rude to you at this location. Read moreTonight my husband and I went for a late dinner around 8:30, knowing chipotle has a close time of 10:00. No one greeted us as we walked in which isn’t a huge deal, but we stood there for several minutes as a guy was making a large to go order, a quick “hey I’ll be with you in just one minute” would have been totally fine. I would have also understood if they were understaffed but there were 6 people there. A girl finally came to serve us and she was clearly high as a kite. This was the worst burrito I’ve ever had in my life, the tortilla was soggy and sopping because the meat I got was from the very bottom of the container and she scooped the juice out with it, it was hardly rolled so everything was falling out to where I couldn’t hold it to eat it. I ultimately got a fork and just ate the interior. Every table was dirty so there was no where clean to sit, their drink machine had 4 different drinks out of order. Their tea had been cleaned up for the night so that wasn’t a drink option either. We come here quite and bit, usually on the weekends for lunch and have never seen it like this.
