Starbucks — Restaurant in Wylie

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great inside but I had to remove a star for their horribly congested and poorly placed drive thru line entrance. It is located extremely close to a main entrance/exit to parking lot for all the surrounding businesses. Cars stack up from all directions trying to get into drive thru line. There is no clearly posted recommendation of how vehicles should approach and line up. I have had to park far away and walk inside to get my order the past 6 visits (at various times of day). I have gotten stuck in parking spaces anywhere near the line, as well as nearly being hit by other vehicles. Many near misses and fender benders have also been witnessed.

This location is in desperate need of a redesign of it's drive thru entrance. Relocating the menu and ordering closer to pickup window, and placing the drive thru entrance in back of the building with a clearly posted direction for traffic flow would help...

i hate leaving bad reviews but I have to for this location. They have zero sense of time. I always place mobile orders thru them a good 10+min in advanced because I know they will in fact take their time. But today was the last straw for me because why did i have to wait 20 minutes for a mobile order ?! A lot of them also have verrryyyyy bad attitudes. For example last time I came and got the lavender oat milk, the lavender was literally at the bottom, and whenever I asked for a remake she straight up told me “oh it does that just stir it up” like ?? huh ?? no it doesn’t. I tried to give this store the benefit of the doubt but I have been repeatedly let down and the manager should reallyyyy have a talk with the employees from time management to attitude to how the employees interact with the customers too. i wanted to love it here so bad...

Husband picked me up a coffee dbl tall vanilla latte hot and it tastes like water coffee, twice they forgot to include vanilla for which I'm paying $5.90. Drove up ordered my coffee this morning and the same thing happened what I call water coffee I asked Adella (asked name) who was the barista she said Joe (review) she also made me a new coffee which was much appreciated and I tipped her she was helpful! I must say for $5.90 to have a double espresso taste so blah is not quality.. I even asked Adella if baristas save on surups and espresso are they rewarded?? I use to drink three lattes a day got tired of wasting money on incorrect orders or lack of product, in and out of car to correct not worth it!
