I visited Saturday night 11/I7 it wasn't very busy, I actually walked right in & was able to order. I ordered 2 hot & ready pepperoni pizzas & 1 crazy bread (1 thin crust & 1 hand toss) I was told AFTER I ordered & paid that the hand toss will take about 15 minutes. I told the young guy ok, & that I was going to go outside & sit in my car because it was extremely freezing inside there. 10 minutes later I walked back in because for 1 the people that were waiting before I had arrived had received their food & had left. But I had also seen several people walk in & was given pizzas, from the same warmer as where the "regular" hot & ready is put & leave as well (the same pizza he told me was going to take 15 minutes). So as I was sitting inside now, the guy asked me what I had ordered, (really???) So I told him & he turned around & kept taking more orders & handing others exactly what I had just ordered as I am still sitting there waiting.. I asked him why he kept giving others theirs when I had ordered the same & had been waiting & he just looked at me & asked me what I had ordered, AGAIN (Grrr....). This happens several more times... By the 4th time he asked me what I had ordered it had already been OVER 30 MINUTES & was still giving others their orders that had walked in more than 15 minutes after me & they were also told there would be a couple of minutes wait. Seriously this place needs some management that actually takes initiative & pride in their work. Because it was a joke. There were no apologies, or anything. If I knew it was going to take that long I definitely would have gone somewhere else & bought the pizza that my family LOVES. & Will be...
Read moreOn 06/26/2024 we arrived at the little Cesarâs in Wylie tx on 430 N HWY. When initially ordered 3 pizzas, 2 pepperoni and 1 sausage. Once checked out (no, the person at the front counter did not verify our order before checkout.) we realized that our pizzas were incorrect as we looked at saw 2 combination sausage/ pepperoni pizzas. The employee went to go get their (presumed) manager who was wearing an orange boat hat and a braid and she came to figure out the situation. She had an âI couldnât care less attitudeâ from jump. The manager informed us she would have to refund the ticket and ring us up for a new order ,but that the refund would take 2-3 days which we did not have the money for (at this time she did NOT start preparing our CORRECT order.) We let her help another customer and then my wife returned to the counter to continue trying to figure out a solution. When up there The âmanagerâ caught an attitude because my wife had asked if we could take the mess ups plus a pepperoni to compensate instead of a refund. She caught an even bigger attitude, speaking in a condescending and demeaning tone saying âI will make the order but I will not give you the mess ups and it will be a $2 charge.â At that point I was over it, the $2 was obviously more important than making the order right and so we payed it and went on but the girl didnât apologize for the trouble, thank us for our patience or do anything but make the process long , drawn out...
Read moreUpdate 5/11/18 This place seems to have improved quite a bit since my last review... so I am changing my 1 to a 3. I will continue to update based on how it changes. The employees I referenced before don't seem to work there any longer, but the place still suffers from poor management and inconsistent quality. I honestly only blame the owner/management, as their store is a reflection of their expectations.
*update 9/21/17 I visited this location last night at around 9:40pm. All of the lights were off in the establishment but several employees could be seen walking around inside (along with lights from drink coolers etc). I would take the 10:00pm closing time as more of a suggestion than a real number
I'm not one to give a bad review, but this Little Caesars really is something special. All of the high school aged boys there seem to have no concept of time or service and appear to just be there for the paycheck. Every time without fail I go here it takes me 15-30 minutes waiting for my pizza.
The only reasonable employee they have is a mobility impaired girl who runs circles around the guys, trying her best (and failing) to get them to care. Many of the dead beat employees came in in plain clothes to get their paychecks during peak dinner rush on friday disrupting the work of others. If I owned this place I would be firing...
