Hi, we found a wallet out side the restaurant and we decided to ask the clerk if he can ask if someone lost a wallet outside otherwise it will be return to the police and a young kid claiming he was the manager was demanding to give the wallet to him and recording my family. so we said no, we told him that the wallet will be returned to the police and the manager was harassing my family asking for that wallet, we could not eat there because he was right on our shoulder asking questions. We had to leave and some of the customers left also because the situation was not very pleasant.
Please teach your workers that the procedure for a lost wallet is to return it to the original owner or the police not to the 3rd person, wallet was found OUTSIDE the restaurant not inside.
Wallet was returned to the police same night, the police officer said that we did the right thing. It is disappointing that we were being good Samaritans but the manager was insisting on wanting the wallet for himself.
You lost a good and honest customer just...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAfter a disappointing experience at Freddy's back when they first opened, we hadn't visited very often. However, they've really stepped their game up lately, and have been consistently putting out excellent food.
On my last visit, they were EXTREMELY busy. After getting home from the drive thru, I realized they'd given me someone else's order. I called to speak to a manager, who was extremely professional, kind, and apologetic for the issue.
He gave me a couple of options, and I chose his offer to come back and have my order remade along with a refund (wow!) Upon arrival, I witnessed the manager stepping up himself to help make my order, and he and the staff all apologized for the inconvenience, and made sure the order was 100% accurate. This is in stark contrast to my experience with a messed up order here around 2 years ago.
This Freddy's has truly stepped their game up and this visit proved their customer service is now as on point as the quality of their food. I will be back,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFreddy's offers the thin-type burgers that are crispy around the edges that my family and I love. We go out of our way to eat here versus those places that offer the really thick burgers. If you like thick burgers, go somewhere else. These kind of burgers are special and hard to find.
The closest Freddy's to my house is 3 hours away, so when we see one, we always stop. The food is not greasy, staff is great, restaurant is clean and the fries/fry sauce combination is great. My grandmother also says the onion rings are the best she's ever had. From an 80-year old onion expert that grew up on an onion farm, that's saying something.
Culver's may have flavored custard, versus the vanilla/chocolate varieties offered by Freddy's, but I'll drive past 3 Culver's to get to a Freddy's burger and fries. If you do opt for one of their sundae-type desserts, be prepared...it's huge.
I can't wait for one to open closer to home. Thanks for...
