I’m absolutely furious and appalled at the outrageous prices and deplorable experience at your establishment. I paid a staggering $37.29 for just five cups of ice cream, and then felt strong-armed into leaving a $5.17 tip—bringing my total to an obscene $42.46! A tip for what, exactly? Your staff didn’t even have the decency to deliver our orders to our table. We had to trudge up to the counter ourselves, one by one, to collect our servings. Why on earth should I tip for nonexistent service?

To make matters worse, your store was an absolute pigsty—filthy and disgusting! Those tacky, unprofessional PAPER signs plastered everywhere made the place look like a dump. And the hypocrisy! You have a sign banning outside food, yet I saw a girl—probably a friend or employee—chowing down on a massive chicken meal right there in plain sight. Check your cameras from May 31, 2025, at 12:28 PM if you don’t believe me.

Let’s talk about value: I can buy a gallon of ice cream for $6.00 and serve 30 people, yet you have the audacity to charge me $42.46 to serve just five? This is beyond unacceptable—it’s a rip-off! Your facility is a disgrace, and I will never set foot in your sorry excuse for a shop again. Rest assured, I’ll be sharing this horrific experience far and wide on social media. Not sure what’s going on here, we have been here a lot over the years before the new company took over years ago even. This place has gone down hill.

Half the machines don’t work, they have a sign posted that there’s a froyo shortage, ok maybe if this was the only time but I can’t remember the last time all machines were working.

Games no longer work and just storing them there with out of order signs on them, they haven’t been working in over 6 months now.

2 tvs don’t work and haven’t for a while either

Counters dirty and not maintained during slow times (wasn’t even busy when we normally go)

Wife had to ask for fresh strawberries because the ones out were dark and had gnats on them… they obliged and gave us some fresh ones, took the spoon from the bad ones and let us get them from the fresh container. BUT then they took the spoon and put it back in the bad ones and just left the bad ones out, put the good ones back in the back.

Someone needs to manage this place, only looks like the employees here, when proper management needs to fix this place. Their solution to fixing things is posting paper up everywhere - front door, games, machines, etc.

This place used to be really good, but we stopped coming recently because of the wait and the constant mess ups in our orders. Recently we decided to give it another try because one of our relatives wanted to try rolled ice cream. One of our drinks was missing the jelly we asked for. I had to ask for it on the side to take and they barely gave me any. We were waiting for the rolled ice cream and when people who ordered after us started getting their ice cream, we inquired about it. The employee rolling the ice cream told the employee we notified that us not getting our order wasn't her problem, so the notified employee said it would be an additional 10 minute wait. We had people waiting at home for their orders that were melting because we had to wait. When they make the orders right they're great, but overall it feels unorganized. As a side note, always ask for your receipt because the employee we notified asked us for our order number and since we said no to a receipt we weren't given a number.
