Ok look everyone I love all of my customers I think they are great. Yaw make me smile when I have a bad day. But I'm going to say a few things about Jack in the box as an employee to my customers it's not to get anyone upset or anything please have your minds open and if I get negative feedback then don't bother okay please. I'm 19 years old and been there since August yes I agree the service could be a little fast I mean I hate for my customers to wait on there food it upsets me but if we are busy in that hour which I'm guess yaw been waiting that long we should be. Then I personally do apologize to my customers yaw are my number one priority and I hope u come back and give use a shot give me a shot usually I work overnight but if u have any concerns I'll be glad to talk to yaw. But please saying we support drugs is out rageous oh munchies means is 9pm to 5am for customers that got off of work and would love a awesome deal for $6.50 with tax. I have read a lot of complaints from everyone some are good and some are bad not going to lie but put urself in our shoes. That is how I understand what it is like to work over here but I'll tell yaw this if yaw give us another shot I will show yaw how good Jack really is cause we got this new pepper jack which is amazing now if u don't like hot or a little kick in the food no need to order it but it is delicious. I know my boss will see this and I may or may not get in trouble but I been quite to long. Jack means a lot to me the headphones that we use to take your order sometimes we can't hear you and I apologize for that so if u can a little speak up a little bit not to much to where yaw not screaming and please look on the screen for everything that you order if something doesn't say what u asked for simply let us know and we will fix it for u immediately I'm very good at memorizing what u want and sometimes I mess up but I always repeat my order to yaw to get no misunderstanding now if u said something that I didn't hear it then I will fix it. I worked with a lot of amazing people. I know the struggle with lunch break and everything but please please be patient. Yaw mean a lot to me and my fellow coworkers and one thing I want to tell yaw is yaw make my day everyday never forget to me yaw are apart of jack in the box family and will always do please try to give us another chance and again not trying to get anyone upset or anything but please open your mind...
Read moreLiterally the worst service ever!!!! I pulled up & there were 4 cars in front of me. We sat there for 30 minutes and their orders were taken & they moved up one by one…after that they just sat there forever! Once I finally made it to the menu (30ish minutes later), I was told to hold on twice (the second time I had to say hello) over a little over a 30 minute time frame. I was stuck because cars were behind me & in front of me. Finally I said helllllllo helllo and no one answered. So I drove up to the window after the other cars in front of me finally were able to leave. I made it to the window & no one was there. 2 minutes later a lady came up & seemed completely out of it. She said “must have missed you” when she was the one telling me to hold on twice at the menu when I would ask if anyone was there. I would have just drove off but I was stuck in the line for right over an hour & didnt have time to drive anywhere else. The staff is so unfriendly & something seems really off on the one I dealt with yesterday. Constantly picking up and moving things around, arms crossed the entire time, making strange faces…I’ll never go back. She is also the same lady who very rudely said “I repeated your order to you, you should have said something then when I missed them” when I was missing drinks. Had to show her my receipt and said “because you did repeat my drinks, they are on my receipt!!! You just haven’t given them to me” & with her little attitude shut the window & took forever to give them to me about 2 months ago. Corporate really needs to come visit around 11pm and see for themselves… literally the worst service that any bad service I’ve ever experienced doesn’t even come close to!!!
