I just went to pick up an online order and the woman that is currently (march 27) making the sandwiches was unnecessary rude . I had placed an order to pick up at by 9:10 . I had shown up early she was the only one there and she was behind so she had told me that my order wasnt ready that she was going to do the people 1st that was there to which i said okay to and i was fine with it so i just sat down because i was tired and had just gotten off work . And then later another worker comes and then he has said something to her and then she was like "que se espere" . Read moreI recently had a terrible experience at Subway store #1235 located at 430 S Highway 78 in Wylie, TX. One of the employees, a Spanish lady, was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Her attitude was unprofessional at all, and she clearly has no understanding of basic customer service. This employee’s behavior made the entire visit frustrating and unpleasant. Frankly, she needs to go. Until this issue is dealt with, I can't recommend anyone visit this location, her attitude was so terrible driving the business way downhill. The management should address this issue very well because I read similarly a lot of reviews from different customers in the past complaining about that Spanish lady and seems to me this is an ongoing issue with employee attitude. Later that day I get a notification my order (which I couldn't place) was ready and I was charged for it. Tried canceling by calling them multiple times that day and later during the week but no one ever picked up. Went in person the following week and the cashier told me a supervisor would have to be present to help me, so I was told to wait till he/she was back from the bank.
