I stop at the drive thru, "do you guys have pumpkin cheesecake frappichino?" Lady taking the order: "no sorry we don't". Me: "well do you have any kind of pumpkin frappichino flavors?" Lady: "uh, what size did you want that in?" Me: "grande" Lady: "ok, that's $5.34, pull up to the window". I pull up not knowing exactly what she's ordered for me. I ask and promptly request to not put coffee in it since my order wasn't complete. Lady aggressively says, "you're lucky we have a barista here who knows this recipie. Next time you need to bring a list of everything we need!" Me: "you told me you didn't have any pumpkin stuff to begin with..." Lady calls over the guy makin the drink. Lady: "oh hey, did you put the roast in that yet?" Guy: "yes" Lady: "well we need it without coffee" Guy slams the cup of mix he was working on into the sink. He rushes back over huffing and sighing and changes my order in the computer. Lady rolls her eyes. The environment is suddenly hostile and awkward. Lady: "your updated total is $8.67" Huh?! How can you charge me more for the same drink as before but without coffee?! The employees were rude and unwelcoming. They seemed unwilling to help at all. Read moreOkay I normally do not leave reviews, but I have to this time. I’m not sure what changed, but in the past few months this Starbucks has really stepped it up. I just moved to the area back in Sept 2022 and tried this location and was not pleased with the customer service. The girl at the window didn’t even speak to me, just handed my drink over. I thought it could just be that girl so I tried again a couple weeks later. Same situation, but different employee. I stopped going to this location just based on the lack of warmness from the employees. Fast forward to a couple months ago when I tried this location again. Seriously night and day difference. The employees are super friendly and welcoming each time I drive through. I come here several times a week because they make my drink the best and they are very pleasant. Good job...
Read moreAs if Starbucks isn’t expensive enough, why do they feel that gyping people is no big deal. I was in a rush and didn’t check the coffee. Made it onto the highway and popped open the lid because it took a minute for me to get any coffee out when I titled it to take a drink. I am telling you I was so upset! I paid almost $8 for this coffee and almost a third of it was missing. Why?? I know foam can sometimes cause a bit to missing especially if it settles but if my venti cup is 1/3 foam that’s excessive. The point is, is it was void of foam and liquid. I called customer service, yeah….I am that guy. I don’t go to Starbucks, but maybe 2x a month depending on how many bills are due, so it just sucked not getting the amount of coffee I paid for.
