I placed my order online and paid for it at 11:23 am with a pick up time of 11:40am. I arrive to the store a few minutes after given pick up time only to find out it hasn’t been made. I am very understanding when it comes to lunch rushes and there was only 1 person working the counter at the time of my arrival, so I waited until 11:50 to check back to see if my order was ready. By then, another employee was already helping the rush of people who kept coming in one after the other. Again, my order was pushed to the side to help those that were coming in. At this point it’s after 12:00 pm and I’m slightly irritated that I had to wait 20+minutes for an order that I already paid for while watching people who came after me leave before me with their order freshly made. My complaint here: why is there an option to place an order online and pay for it IN ADVANCE if there isn’t a sufficient amount of workers to tend to customers? I wasn’t the only person waiting for an online order but I was definitely the person that waited the longest. This complaint is not against the employees but rather the general manager/corporate and the lack of time management there is for scheduling. This location will not be a lunch choice in the future until there are enough workers to tend to customers. And there is always this older Hispanic lady (I do not know what her name is because she never has her name tag on) who is always beyond rude to her. I only had to witness it once to get my fill of her. But yesterday she went into the empty store to get a sandwich and the employee was sweeping and without being acknowledged she walks to the front of the line and stands there waiting to be served. Assuming there must be someone in the back since the woman is ignoring her and refusing to even acknowledge her existence. After a little more time passes my girlfriend finally ask can she get some help and without a ounce of care, she causally puts the broom down, walks to the counter, without an apology, what can I get you. Her response should have been "a written excuse to my job explaining that you are the reason why I returned late from lunch with a sandwich I could only afford to eat half of due to lack of time". Read moreFood is good, but service at this location is terrible. Every time I come back to this location I am always disappointed. For starters they do not accept coupons, which is understandable. However they do not have that advertised anywhere in the store. On one occasion I had already had my sandwich made and when I went to go pay for my food they told me that they would not accept any coupons. I was not aware of that at the time. I am a student and make minimum wage at a part time job. Needless to say I can't afford a $15 sandwich without a coupon. That is 2 hours of work before taxes. So I left the store without my food.
